BEACHFRONT GETAWAY WITH STUNNING VIEWS AND MODERN COMFORTS

Situated spectacularly just next to the beautiful the beach, this modern house is perfect for a break from the city only 1h 35 from Auckland.
Ideal for surfing, beach walks and relaxing time, it is the destination for a stress free stay away.
It is located 5mn from shops, cafes, takeaway restaurants and 20mn from Whangarei.
The space:
This is a brand new holiday home. Cosy, modern, warm and with the perfect deck to enjoy a nice summer evening or stunning sunrises. It is equipped with all you need for your friends and family.
Sand and swimming are on your doorstep and if you are tired of the action, walk the 50 m back to the house and relax on the couch.
The surf life club for safe family friendly swimming is just a 2 minutes walk along the beach.
Great open plan living area with kitchen, lounge and a massive glass front leading out to the deck, made for entertaining. Use the Weber bbq grill and enjoy your freshly caught fish.
* 5 bedrooms:
Sleeps total 12 people. (please note we strictly don't accept any more people in the house)
1. King master bedroom with sea view and deck access
2. Queen room with sea view and deck access

4. Double single bed room with two single beds and one additional pull out single bed

* 2 Bathrooms strategically placed at opposite ends of the house for added privacy and convenience

* Our fully equipped house includes all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (Sheets and towels included)
Please note this is NOT a party house, we love the Ruakaka beach community and want our guests to respect the surroundings.
