A Wonderful Place to Stay

Our stay overall was amazing! We had enough space for everybody and we all had great beds. Sleeping felt very nice and comfortable to us. There were really no problems with sleep and all the things provided to us were fantastic. Everything was clean and the temperature felt great when we got there. We loved staying and we were sad to leave. Thank you so much again for how great you set up the place for us to stay in. We are so excited to come back soon. The pool was also great to swim in. Thanks!

Spring break

Me and my family had the most amazing experience staying here. The condo was absolutely beautiful and communication with the owner was great we had one issue with the toilet upon arrival and he immediately sent someone over to fix the problem. And within 15 minutes it was done. And Mr Tom the man he sent was an absolute gem. Truly loved our experience and would definitely recommend to anyone and will rent from him whenever we come to Branson. Perfect location for anything.

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful. The condo was nice. It did have several stains on the carpet that made it look grundgy and would love to have a couple of recliners. One in sunroom and one in the Living room. I enjoyed the patio but didn’t like that the neighbors had to the right had 3 pit bulls (2 unleashed ) that barked and growled at me with one charging into the patio at me. That was alittle stressful!! Chris was great to work with and we had a fun time overall!!

Spacious!

We enjoyed the view, the beds, large kitchen with open floor plan into the living room. Back patio where we sat out to eat meals and watch the Branson Belle float in the evenings. Easy to get to and checkin was so easy. Beds are a little firm and couch beds are on the short side for tall people. Shower with whirlpool was immaculatly clean and the shower head gave a nice spray. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels for everyone. Lots of fans available and all the bedding was there for making out 3 couch beds. Lots of pillows. Games and books for the kids.

Table Rock Lake

Overall, a great get away. Was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. Dirty, stained carpet, and tables had not been wiped clean from previous guest stay. But, amenities were great and a great location and lake view!

Could be a good place to stay.

We spent our time having to flush the commode in master bath by hand. Handle didn’t work. The oven was very dirty ( something had tripped into bottom). We didn’t use the oven. Carpets need a good cleaning and dust you could write your name in was on the shelf under tv in living room. Location was great and I would love to stay again when it is properly clean.

Could have been much better

There were numerous dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers, and cooking utensils. The oven was dirty, the dryer full of lint, mildew in the bathrooms, the glass shower doors were filthy. The jets in the tub and the tub were dirty and had mildew. A few of the jets in the tub did not work. Dead scorpions and spiders about, the table lamp switch in the living room did not work, carpet throughout is really bad and dirty. The sofa was an inconvenience in the sunroom, the sofa bed in the living room was extremely hard to close. The trash on the property was overflowing and smelled really really bad and was not emptied until 4 days into our stay. The ironing board is broke and the blender does not work. I have numerous pictures. We purchased cleaning items and cleaned upon arrival, even though we were charged a cleaning fee. The layout of the condo was really nice, the view was beautiful

Great Location

Carpet needs to be replaced with plank flooring. Furniture could be replaced. Condo was clean, had a great view of the lake and was convenient to everything on the strip. Would rent again.

Perfect getaway

The condo was perfect for my getaway. It’s super clean and didn’t have any odors. It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need! I cooked every meal there. I loved the sunroom. They’ve literally thought of everything. There’s things for kids and there’s plenty of tvs so everyone can watch what they want. They provided all kinds of brochures on Branson and the surrounding area. I will definitely be staying again.

Gorgeous view, lovely condo

We spent a very special week here in April, 2024. The condo was large, spacious, well-decorated, and very welcoming. The view from the porch and balcony was very impressive, with a lovely view of Table Rock Lake. My husband is disabled, so the fact that there were no stairs to climb was a major draw. He was able to get around without any trouble at all. The only negative was the walk-in shower. There was no bench or seat, and not a single grab bar, rack, or other assist for him to feel safe while showering. Definitely something to consider. Overall, an excellent accommodation, and an outstanding value. We are glad we chose this condo.

A beautiful home away from home!

This is a beautiful condo, above and beyond any of the others we have stayed on vacation! The pictures were exactly what the space looks like. Communication with the owner was perfect! The view was gorgeous, looking out over the lake! Very spacious! Very clean! The kitchen was very well stocked. We had a couple of rainy days and played games in the sunroom! Even with the rain it was still a great view! And when it was warm we could sit outside at the table. Very quiet area! The only traffic are the people at the other condos. Not close to the road so you don't hear all the road noise. You would love this beautiful space for a vacation! Give it a try!
