Everything was great. The hot water in the kitchen came out very slow. We could not keep the heat up and contacted the host and they was very fast at getting the problem resolved. We appreciated that! The place was very nice and roomy! We would stay there again!

Out away from town a bit but only a couple of minutes away. Great access to bypass routes and within pizza delivery routes! Neighbors were nice and parking was right outside door.

All one level super convenient. Comfortable beds and supplies in kitchen. They have just a few dates wear things but otherwise a great condo! We would stay again!!

Branson home base

Nice little place near Branson’s main attractions, yet separate from all the hustle and bustle. Clean, lots of dishes, and easy access just as the description says. Plus, we slept better on the mattress here than our own! I would stay here again.

Great central location and well kept. The outside of the building is very well marked and well lit. Because of this, the rooms could very much use room darkening curtains, but otherwise, the property is great!

Fun with Friends

This was a cozy, homey place to stay while in Branson. Our days were full of fun and going back to the condo was a peaceful respite that was a great home away from home. Both the children and adults enjoyed their stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place to stay in Branson

I really like the location of this property and accommodations were adequate for the 11 people in our family. The doors throughout the property squeak and need oil. The air conditioner would not cool below 68 degrees so the temperature was higher than we preferred. We spent most of our time away from the facility and come back just to sleep.

Branson family weekend

Property was clean and spacious but the beds sucked. They are cheap mattresses and not comfortable at all. Sofa sleeper, floor is more comfortable.

Good, but some small issues

The place was nice and clean, really comfortable. It does advertise heated pool as well as seasonal outer pool but no heated pool was found and we had issues with having hot water for the first few days.

Nice 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, especially for the price.

We had a great time, the property was exactly what I expected. The kitchen was nice, which was good since we cooked a lot during our stay. The bathrooms were fine, the shower in my bathroom was a little weak. They didn't use any scented cleaning supplies, which was a plus since I am sensitive to a lot of scented products. Overall, it was great.

Neighbors were horrible

Called twice about the neighbors upstairs, were loud the whole stay and didn't get much sleep at all. There was corn dog stick and chair when we arrived. There was no water pressure.

Girl’s Trip

The unit itself was clean but dated. When we arrived the unit was warm. The air conditioner was not working properly and we had no hot water. We finally figured out the breaker switch was off. The upstairs neighbors were very loud as well.

Great location, nice pool, perfect size!

Overall, we had a nice stay. The condo was close to everything, ground level, great pool size compared to those nearby and in a nice location. It was the perfect size, with plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids, with very comfortable beds. Very nice/new bedroom furniture throughout. There were a few negatives. The back porch was very small and faced a brick wall/fence (it appeared quite large in the photos). While first sight of the unit appeared clean, several pieces of the furniture were quite dirty and without any pillows on the couch. We walked around barefoot the first hour or two, until we realized that all of our feet were completely black. It was quite unfortunate, as we then had to wear shoes the rest of the week, at all times. Even our shoes all turned black from walking around in the unit. It would be nice to have a swiffer in the condo, as I would've gladly mopped the floor throughout our stay (I swept often). Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels & trash bags if your stay is longer than a couple of days. We ran out of all three within the first 3 days with 7 of us, and cooking nearly every meal there. We did have a very nice stay, and any negatives would not stop us from staying again in the future!

Great place to stay for the holidays!

We had a family Christmas here and the property was clean and comfortable. Great location and really nicely maintained and decorated. They even had Christmas trees up for us! Would definitely stay again.
