Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback—it’s great to hear the home suited your family well, the outlook was enjoyed, and that the house and bathrooms were spotless. Hopefully the 6’3” young man still managed a decent night’s rest despite the double bed! We’ll be passing your comments regarding the cookware condition and the main bedroom heat and ventilation on to both the owner and the cleaner to review and improve for future guests. Regarding consumables, while we don’t officially include them in every booking, we always ask our cleaners to leave enough to get you started as a courtesy; as is standard with self‑catering holiday rentals, guests typically bring additional supplies for the duration of their stay, and we don’t provide items with use‑by dates to ensure everything is safe for guests.
