Fountain Villa is a modern villa with beautiful private outdoor spaces. Enjoy a modern spacious kitchen and a light filled living area coupled with roomy bedrooms. Relax sitting by the outdoor fire pit and peaceful courtyard. Cook on the outdoor kitchen for an outdoor experience. A very short convenient walk to public transport (tram and train) which takes you straight to the doorstep of the MCG, Rod Laver and the city. A convenient, comfortable and ambient getaway. We supply linen for the first bedroom free of charge. Should you wish to use the second bedroom, a payment of $30 is required for the second bedroom.

Perfect!

This was a return stay at Fountain Villa for my partner and I. An ideal location with all amenities easily accessible. Fountain Villa was very clean and provided everything one could need throughout the stay. No hesitation in highly recommending.

We are actually looking forward to staying again!

What a great stay! House was pristine, beds comfortable, kitchen new and modern, everything you could possibly need right at our finger tips. We had secure lock up car parking, and a beautiful little outside sitting area, the home is right next to a park, and shops, just off a main road, with a simple commute to the cbd. We loved staying 3 nights with our pooch, and couldn't recommend Fountain Villa higher, we would stay there in a heart beat again. Thank you for having us.

A great location for us as our son did not live far away. Supermarkets and shops very close at hand as was the No 70 tram that runs to the centre of Melbourne in about an hour. A well equipped modern kitchen with everything you might need, good air con in the lounge and a smashing luandry facilities make this an easy place to get to know..mi

Nice property, some comments are the second bathroom sink is extremely small, no small wash cloths and limited paper products. ( we bought a roll of toilet paper). Only other suggestions is maybe some instructions on using the kithen appliances. Thanks

Quiet area, nearby shops is good,, Lounge suite could be bigger and beds less lumpy.

This home was perfect for our needs . Extremely comfortable, well maintained and has everything you could need . Location is also great with public transport, Woolies and restaurants all within 200 metres. Angeline ( owner) cared that we were happy and was easy to contact. Cannot expect more .

Everything we needed

My work colleague and I spent a couple of nights at Angeline’s unit whilst attending a conference in Camberwell. The unit was in the perfect location, within walking distance to shops, public transport and a great little coffee shop. The unit itself was very clean and very well presented, with everything we could have needed for our short stay. Perfectly cosy to come home to at the end of a long day. Communication with Angeline was easy and questions before our stay were answered promptly. We didn’t need for anything but new Angeline was a quick message away if we did. Thank you!

Gorgeous light filled villa

Our family of 4 and 2 small dogs found our stay at the villa very comfortable. The location was quiet yet close to supermarkets, cafes, parks and public transport. The villa had everything we needed and was incredibly clean. We loved the little courtyard with the gentle water feature. Check in was super easy and the host was so lovely.

We purchased Fountain Villa so that we could have the convenience of the city of Melbourne whilst living primarily in the Yarra Valley. It is such a lovely space that we decided to share this with other travelers looking for accommodation that was more than an apartment but gave a private, organic experience. The villa has two lovely outdoor spaces that are private and offer an affordable ambient outdoor experience in the middle of the city. We love visiting Fountain Villa and hope that you do to!
