Two king bedrooms and a large guest bedroom with two queen beds and a fireplace offer comfortable accommodations, while a playful bunk room and a den with a queen sleeper sofa provide extra space for guests. With room service available from the Tavern and year-round access to pools and hot tubs, this home offers impeccable convenience and comfort.
When staying at Arrabelle Overlook, you will be close to many Vail summer hiking and biking trails, as well as stores and restaurants, allowing you to easily explore all that Vail has to offer during your stay.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- Paid Valet Parking: two spaces.
- During the winter season, Phil plays music from 4 pm-6 pm downstairs in the ChopHouse.
- Meet and Greet to get settled in the home.
- Within this central location, grocery service through Resort Delivery is highly recommended. Please reach out if assistance is needed.
- This home includes daily housekeeping.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If the arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
