Our 2 BR, 2.5 bath townhome offers high-end modern finishes in a location unparalleled in Durango for it’s walkability to the Durango river trail, historic downtown, and the Animas River. This residence is truly one of Durango’s finest addresses and it will make for a perfect launching pad for all of your adventures. The residence has an open great room, generous outdoor living space and exceptional proximity to riverfront. Rare in this area, it even has central AC for those hot summer days.

2 assigned spaces (9' X 28')- max 2 vehicles and the garage height is 7' 8” so ensure your vehicle will fit as there is no other onsite parking.

Nice condo with two decks (upper has tremendous views). Very clean. Weber grill, well stocked kitchen supplies. Durango to Silverton train comes by a few times a day. Close to Animas brewery and a bike/walking trail. Easy access to main street.

Great space in a great location!

This vacation rental is hands down one of the best we’ve ever stayed in! Everything about the property was amazing, super clean, easy walkable access to downtown area, and even has a view of the Animas River. We will absolutely be staying here again for our ski trip next year!

Family trip to Durango

Location is great! Close to the river trail, restaurants etc. There are two decks and both are a lovely way to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day. We would definitely stay there again!

Durango visit

Great location. We were able to walk to restaurants and the condo was fantastic. Rooftop deck was our favorite. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

Beautiful weekend in Durango

Nice place. Had everything we needed. Great location. Bike trail close by. Sat on the top deck listened to live music at the pavilion and the trains going by.

Perfect place in the perfect location

Really enjoyed our quick trip to Durango and this spot was a highlight. The condo was perfect for our family of four to enjoy the downtown area, the Animas, river trail, and the rooftop deck was perfection for stargazing and solar eclipse viewing. Thanks for a great weekend and will definitely stay here again if we come back.

We really enjoyed the condo and especially the prime location. Everything was clean and worked. I was a bit concerned about the proximity to the railroad tracks but it wasn't an issue--very few trains and none at night

Beautiful property in great location!!!

We loved everything about this property and our 3 nights in Durango! It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The parking was great and we loved sitting on the decks and watching the train go by. Beautiful sunsets too! We biked, hiked, went to Mesa Verde and walked to town every day. If we ever return to Durango, we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay in a great location

We came for the busy Iron Horse weekend in Durango. We were shocked that such a beautiful place was still available! The pictures were gorgeous but in person, the space is even better. Walkable to town and the train is literally in the backyard! Andre was extremely available for all questions and we were appreciative of his help leading into and during the trip.

Nice property

This is a beautiful townhome close to downtown Durango. The best part was the ba k porch and the rooftop deck. Master bed is very comfortable. Property does need a deep cleaning. Very dusty with smudges on light switches, cabinets, etc. We had a nice stay.

Perfect Christmas Place

This was about the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Clean and updated with comfortable beds. Right next to the walking trail and ear shot to the river. The river is beautiful from the upper deck. The steam train does rattle the windows several times a day as the track is very close, we thought that was fantastic. Underground parking for the car was nice. All around great stay

We certainly have the advantage of the Canadian Rocky Mountains in our own backyard year round; hiking, rock/ice climbing, skiing, biking, and mountaineering.
