This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is nestled alongside the Onkaparinga River, and boasts spectacular views of both the river and the ocean. It offers the ultimate relaxing retreat for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking a quiet, peaceful holiday spent close to nature.
The house boasts a stylish, clean aesthetic with thoughtful details and decor. You’ll find plenty of comfortable seating areas where you can relax and unwind, all while soaking up spectacular views of the water. Think fresh interiors, sleek sleeping spaces, and an atmosphere that is so inviting, you might never want to leave.
It is conveniently located just a 35-minute drive from the centre of Adelaide, and countless attractions are within walking distance from the property. During your stay, you can conveniently walk to nearby restaurants, several beaches, a recreational park, and shops.
Up to 8 guests can be comfortably accommodated in the 4-bedroom house. Bedrooms are flooded with natural lighting and are equipped with plush bedding to ensure a comfortable and quality sleep. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated and offers plenty of space, meaning large groups won’t feel cramped. Soak up breathtaking views of the river and gulf from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom, and wash away all your stresses in the en-suite spa.
Unlike other holiday houses, we happily provide our guests with all linens, bedding, and bath towels, which are included within the cleaning fee – this way, you can arrive and unwind stress-free. We hope this little addition makes your vacation more enjoyable.
The bright and airy living room opens up to a scenic balcony area with plush chairs and magnificent views. You are welcome to cook meals in the kitchen, with stainless-steel appliances and a kitchen island for extra preparation space. There is a dining area which can seat up to 8 people.
For your convenience, bathrooms are stocked with toiletries, including shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. A hairdryer is also provided for you to use. Two of the bathrooms contain a spa.
You are welcome to wash your clothes in the fully furnished laundry room, which is equipped with a washer and a clothes dryer. Laundry powder and a laundry tub are also provided at your disposal.
High-speed WiFi is available in every room of the house, so you can stay connected throughout your holiday. We will provide the network name and password. There is also a smart-TV in the main living room.
If you’ll be driving, are able to park your car in the large driveway (enough room for two cars).
The nearby area is brimming with points-of-interest, all within a short walk from the house. Visit the Port Noarlunga Jetty, where you’ll find a stunning beach and observation deck area. There are numerous beachfront restaurants located here as well. Get your daily dose of nature with a forest walk at the Onkaparinga River Recreation Park, which is located just behind the property, along with the famous wooden playground!.
Our house is located on a residential street, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
Please leave your furry friends at home– unfortunately, we cannot allow pets on the premises.
Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. Please respect these rules.
