The apartment & building went through a full refurb in early 2020, then curated again in late 2022 to a premium level with air-conditioning in each room, brand new beds, supreme quality mattresses, Italian leather couch + all new furnishings.
A quiet, boutique block of only 7 apartments with a mix of bright, friendly & considerate owners / residents...all respecting each other’s space & peaceful enjoyment.
Enjoy a sleep in with the 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms at the rear of the apartment + the building is solid concrete brick construction.
Setup your home office in style on the huge patio with district views, or close the balcony blinds to the ground for complete privacy.
Downstairs is the remote garage with secure parking for your car, but you can leave it behind as you can dine out in the multitude of Oxford St restaurants, bars & cafes… or everything you’ll need at home to cook up a storm.
Perfect for families, friends + professionals with plenty of space, fresh air and a place to work, relax and walk while in Brisbane.
