This is a much-loved family home, not a hotel. While it has been thoughtfully renovated and is clean, tidy, and well maintained, guests should expect some general wear consistent with a lived-in property.

As a rural, bushland setting:

Wildlife is part of the experience
Spider webs and insects can appear quickly, particularly outdoors
We do not use chemical pest control

We take great care in preparing the property between stays, but if you’re expecting a sterile, hotel-style environment, this may not be the right fit.
