The space:

5 acre property with a stunningly renovated 4 bedroom home and a separate 2 bedroom self contained flat.

Loads of space to entertain and relax with salt water pool, cedar hot tub, entertainment deck with ourdoor kitchen, alfresco dining, patio with fire pit. All this overlooking stunning bush views with complete privacy.

There is a safe fenced garden for kids to play in complete with rustic cuby house, trampoline, swings and a basket ball hoop.

Bring you four legged barking friends and relax knowing the property is fully fenced .

Wander around the back of property and check out the water dragons, ducks and turtles on one of the 4 dams.

Other things to note:

This was our family home until October 2022, and it still contains our family furniture. It is not brand new, so guests should expect some general wear and tear (all photos are current and accurately reflect the property).

We personally maintain the property ourselves. It is clean, tidy and well cared for, but it is not a luxury hotel. This is a much-loved family home, renovated with care, and priced very reasonably to reflect that.

Preparing the home between stays takes significant time and effort. We clean thoroughly, but this is a country property surrounded by wildlife. Dust can settle quickly, and we do not use poisons or chemical pest control.

As this is a rural property surrounded by bushland, wildlife is part of the experience. While the home is thoroughly cleaned between stays, spider webs may appear, sometimes within hours, especially on decks, outdoor areas and around cornices and eaves.

We do not use chemical pest control, as we aim to live in harmony with nature.
