Tucked among the cypress trees along the banks of the Frio River in Concan, Texas, Longbranch features direct, private river access and treehouse views second to none.
This 2-story, 6-bedroom, 4 bath home sleeps up to 25 and offers plenty of room for your entire group. Frio River enthusiasts will appreciate the private river access just steps from the back patio, and everyone can enjoy a game of shuffleboard indoors, or lounge on one of the multiple outdoor decks perched over the river taking in the scenic hill country surrounding you. Groups will love gathering in the expansive barbeque area to prepare meals and watch the native wildlife traveling through as day turns into night.
Located in the gated Cypress Bend subdivision, Longbranch @Frio River Resorts is just a short drive to House Pasture for live music and dining or to the Frio Valley Ranch clubhouse for a round of golf and only 8 miles from Garner State Park. Hey y'all! We're Brannon & Wendi Hightower, owner-operators of Frio River Resorts.
We met in college in 1995 and have been together ever since. Frio River Resorts was started by Brannon's parents nearly 20 years ago and it has been continuously Hightower-family-owned and operated the entire time, with us buying the business in 2018.
We're local and we live in Concan full-time and enjoy serving as stewards of our community with participation in local boards and volunteer organizations. You've likely seen us on River Road as you leave on Sunday supporting the Concan Volunteer Fire Department in our “Fill The Boot” fundraising campaigns, or out to eat at Neal's or House Pasture.
