Located in the beautiful Heartstone subdivision in Concan, Texas. This 2021-built 5-bedroom, 5-bath + 2 half baths spacious, single-story home sleeps 30! Offering 1 king-sized, 13-queen-sized, and 1-futon beds, your group has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy.
The beautiful, tree-shaded lot features a large swimming pool with hot tub, an outside kitchen, an outside fireplace, and plenty of outdoor lounging space.
Float On Inn is a block away from both of the private subdivision parks on the Frio River. Have a golf cart? Bring it with you! Heartstone is the only subdivision in Concan that permits the use of golf carts within its confines. Don't have a golf cart? No worries! You can rent one and have it delivered and waiting for you when you arrive.
Just minutes away from various Frio River access points, a short drive to Garner State Park and around the corner from the Frio Valley Ranch golf course, and House Pasture Cattle Company for dinner and dancing, you're located in the heart of it all!

Hey y'all! We're Brannon & Wendi Hightower, owner-operators of Frio River Resorts.
We met in college in 1995 and have been together ever since. Frio River Resorts was started by Brannon's parents nearly 20 years ago and it has been continuously Hightower-family-owned and operated the entire time, with us buying the business in 2018.
We're local and we live in Concan full-time and enjoy serving as stewards of our community with participation in local boards and volunteer organizations. You've likely seen us on River Road as you leave on Sunday supporting the Concan Volunteer Fire Department in our “Fill The Boot” fundraising campaigns, or out to eat at Neal's or House Pasture.
