This one-bedroom, one-bath unit sleeps 2–6 guests and offers classic beachfront views from a private oceanfront balcony. The balcony was newly replaced in 2023, providing a fresh, open space to enjoy the ocean breeze.

The bedroom features a queen bed, with bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa available for additional sleeping options. Inside, the condo includes central heating and air, ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, two flat-screen HDTVs, DVD player, and an efficiency kitchen with microwave—ideal for simple meals during your stay.

Guests have access to community amenities including a swimming pool and sundeck located just across the street, beach shower, charcoal grill area, covered parking, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Sea Cabin also includes a private fishing pier; however, the pier is closed until further notice and will not be open for the 2025-26 season due to hurricane damage.

This is a non-smoking property with no pets, house parties, motorcycles, or trailers permitted. Parking is available for up to two vehicles. A refundable deposit is required for pool access cards.

• You're welcome to swing by the office before 4:00 PM to knock out paperwork and get settled — no appointment needed.
We'll take your info, then text/call you the second the property is fully reset, cleaned, and the key is ready for pickup. From there, head straight to your vacation spot and start relaxing.
