Surf Villa - 5 Min walk to Beach

A short 5-minute walk down the street to the beach, Surf Villa is the perfect getaway for your stay in St Augustine Beach. Well equipped both inside and out, you really only need to bring a bathing suit and a change of clothes. Recently updated to include new bathrooms and pool heater. Surf Villa is spotless, with careful attention to detail. The open living/dining area is the perfect spot to lounge and listen to music or catch up on your favorite Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped for family cooking, including dish-and-drinkware for dining al fresco.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, blackout shades, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a view of the pool, blackout shades, with a bathroom next door. A third sleeping/lounging area between the kitchen and the sunroom has a queen bed.
Our favorite space is the sunroom--with its view of the pool, it''s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails and has a TV for hanging out at the end of the day. The couch is also a sleeper sofa, should you need extra space. POOL! The saltwater pool has plenty of seating, an outdoor shower for rinsing off, and a large table and benches for dining. Heated in the winter months(November-March)!
The garage has a beach wagon, cooler, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your trips to the beach. Two beach cruisers are also available for your enjoyment. he Neighborhood Surf Villa is tucked away in a small oceanfront community called Saint Augustine by the Sea, east of A1A. Direct beach access is located at the east end of the neighborhood. Easy Beach access, no boardwalks, stairs, or long pathways to navigate. You may also access the beach by car one block north and one block south of the neighborhood entrance off A1A.

Close to the beach and enjoyed having the pool afterwards plus night time swimming right out the back door. We enjoyed our stay.

Great spot

This placed worked great for us. Kids loved the pool and having the beach wagon and pool/beach toys was really nice. Also close to restaurants and grocery made things easier

Family vacation

We had a nice stay. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The walk to the beach was easy to do. An easy drive to downtown St Augustine.

The house is not really ON the beach but there is a pedistrian access really nearby. You can be on the beach in 3 min.

Home by the Sea

Location and amenities were as described. Pool and beach were fantastic. We did experience some blips related to pest control - owner was responsive, though, and I know these things happen in FL. There were a few cleanliness issues with the bathrooms, kitchen counter and TV, minor and easy to work around. Took off one star due to the blend of pest / cleaning misses. Overall a good property less those items. Note: I did not report the cleaning misses as we were not at risk for any problems.

We enjoyed our time in Butler Beach

We had an overall great stay at this property. The owner thought of all the eminities that we needed. We loved having the pool to enjoy and a short walk to the beach. There were just a couple of things that need attention and fixed. There was only one burner that worked on the stove (or that we could get to work), and the sliding screen between the main bedroom and bath was cracked and very hard to use. The owner might not even know that one of the panes of a living room window was completely broken. It had two layers so that was good. Overall, this house had what we needed and we had a great stay.

Very cozy

Great place to stay for a mini getaway. We definitely enjoyed the beach was at walking distance but you also have the option to park your car by the beach. House has plenty of beach accessories where you don't have to haul your beach chairs a wagon or even toys for the kids. We will definitely be back.

Sorry truth hurts .

I booked this property for a girls trip for my 50th birthday. Nice place but it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. I had to reach out to the property manager for check in instructions. Also at check out the property manager was banging on the door at 10:20 when check out was 10:30 Very rude!

Lovely Beach house stay

We enjoyed everything the property had to offer. The neighborhood was quiet and incredibly close to the beach. The master bed slept comfortably, and there was plenty of overall space for our family.

Perfect location for your Jeep Beach weekend!

This place was perfect access for our weekend getaway. Close enough to the beach to walk to (without crossing busy street) and close enough to drive on beach access point. The house has playing the comforts of home and it was well-maintained (except for our ice maker ). The house had a great spacious feeling in an old Florida kind of way. Plenty of room for our family of 5,

House was absolutely perfect... short walk to beach. The pool was great... outdoor shower was so convenient to wash off after beach...the sun room was so nice with wonderful breeze... BEST HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This house was perfect for our family! They have literally thought of everything when it comes to comforts of home. From the simplest things like salt and pepper, to having every beach item imaginable. The backyard is so relaxing. The pool was our favorite spot. The privacy fence was awesome for our small shihtzus dogs. The owner, Leslie was so helpful and responsive anytime we had any questions about anything. It's hard to find a good rental with excellent owners, but this rental will not disappoint. We will definitely try and book this house again in the future!

Comfortable, roomy home!

We stayed in St. Augustine over Easter weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our home close to the beach! The home is beautifully decorated and has comfy beds and furnishings. The kitchen is well-equipped and roomy. We spent some time on the beach, but it was also nice to have a pool and lovely patio area to enjoy. The location was also close to some good restaurants. We really liked Viola’s Italian, the Sunset Grill, and Salt Life. We would definitely stay there again!

WE LOVE THIS HOUSE!!!

This was our second stay here and we have already booked a third! This is the cutest house - so clean and cheerful. It is well-stocked and has everything you need including beach chairs and a wagon. We love coming back in the afternoon and sitting by the pool. Can't wait to return!

Cute Beachside House

We enjoyed our stay (despite the rainy weather), there were 3 adults and 3 dogs in our group. The house had plenty of space and was very clean! I loved that it was all tile and had a fenced backyard, perfect for my pups. The owners are wonderful and they've thought of all the little details. :)
