Este apartamento frente al mar ha sido actualizado con una decoración fresca en la playa en una cómoda unidad de tierra a solo unos pasos de la piscina y la playa. Es una unidad luminosa y luminosa que tiene nuevos pisos de baldosas, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, baños renovados y ventiladores de techo con control remoto en cada habitación. También tiene 2 televisores inteligentes en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal, y una pantalla plana en el dormitorio de invitados. Tiene un rey en el maestro y 2 dobles en la habitación de invitados. También hay 2 sofás futón para acomodar hasta 6 personas en total. ¡La cocina está totalmente equipada con los artículos que pueda necesitar para sus vacaciones en la playa!
Ubicación: está a una corta distancia a pie del restaurante y bar The Oasis, a 1 milla de la tienda de comestibles, así como de otras tiendas, restaurantes y boutiques locales. It was a little chilly a couple of days but we did enjoy the beach and pool. Condo was very clean and we had plenty of room.

Wonderful Property! We’ve stayed in several different rooms at this complex and this unit was our favorite. It is nicely renovated, charming, comfortable, and conveniently located. The owner was available and responsive. We look forward to our next stay in this unit.

Cutest little community area, very well kept. Unit is exactly like the pictures. Has everything you need in the kitchen as well as bed and bathrooms. We will definitely be back.

Very nice condo: large, tastefully decorated, premium furnishings, kitchenware and appliances, and very clean. You can tell the owner, manager, and housekeeper really care about the property. We had a wonderful time at the beach and pool. We will definitely come again.

Great location & close proximity to the beach and pool. Nice and clean furnishings that make for a great stay!! There was a small misunderstanding, due to laundry previously being located within the unit. The available washers & dryers are now down the hallway in the laundry mat, no longer within the condo as it was in the prior year. The owner was great at communicating & cleared this up with us quickly.

Condo is beautiful and clean. We loved the location where we can walk our 2 year old to the pool right out the back door! Short walk to the beach. We always love our stay here

Perfect getaway

Walked in the door and said "WOW'', pictures did not lie one bit. Very comfortable, pool right outside our door, and ocean shore just beyond that. Beautiful beaches, and restaurants all within a 5 minute drive. Property mgr. was terrific, and very accommodating, very easy to deal with. Made our stay terrific!!

The Best!!

Such a great location, so close to everything! Quiet development. My favorite after 4 yrs of staying in other units. Owner was wonderful to work with and the condo was perfect! Love the pool and two minute walk to the beach!

Comfortable, nice place with beach access

Nice, comfortable place with well equipped kitchen, loved the two double beds in the second bedroom, enjoyed morning coffee on the patio with the sun, and easy path directly to the beach. . Easy communication with owner. Thank you!

Great Condo and Nice Owner

This condo was a great place for our last minute getaway. It was clean and well maintained. The decor is updated, beautiful and not cluttered. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The owner was very accommodating with an early check in and quick to respond to any questions we had. It was a very enjoyable long weekend.

Nice stay

Nice little spot to stay, Beds were comfortable and check in at the office was Easy. My kids enjoyed the pool and being on the ground floor. In a good location with proximity to a lot of grocery stores, restaurants etc... We’ve stayed at Spanish Trace quite a few times and it’s Always nice to compare units to see which ones you’d like to return to. Definitely bring plenty of quarters to wash your laundry would be my only advice!

Perfect for our first family getaway

Me, my husband, and our 10 month old daughter had our first family trip here. It was extremely clean and new. We loved having a full kitchen to make meals. The location by the pool was also perfect if you have kids because you have easy access to the place if they need anything. It is a also a short walk down the path to the beach. We can’t wait to Come back next year :)

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and absolutely loved the condo! We’ve stayed at Spanish Trace since I was a kid and my husband and I have loved bringing our son there as well. The check-in process was easy. We did have to pay $15 (cash only) for parking passes, so just be prepared for that ahead of time. The condo is beautifully decorated, in an excellent location and in close proximity to the pool and the beach, and was very comfortable! We would absolutely stay there again.

Clean Cute & Convenient

We had a lovely stay in Melanie’s unit. There was a glitch at the office at check-in but a quick call to Melanie and she had it all sorted in no time. The location was great and it was a clean, relaxing place to come home to after a day at the beach or sightseeing in St. Augustine.

Rented for 41 Days, Gorgeous Grounds/ Rude Owner

This was the worst experience with an owner. The locking mechanism on the back sliding glass door malfunctioned causing it to be unable to open/close, main ext doorknob came off in hand when going into the condo, the dryer took hours to dry, bifold closet doors sticking out from under one of the twin beds causing a safety hazard. When the issues of the door handles and the dryer were reported to the owner the only one fixed was the ext. door handle. We were provided with a PVC pipe by maintenance to place in the track of the door as a temp locking system. We tried several drying settings, to no avail. Melanie was adamant that there nothing was wrong with the dryer but was upset when the electricity bill was higher than she expected. Before ending our stay here, we had made the decision that we would not be renting again in the future and have booked our 2024 stay with a different condo. Not at all due to the condo itself, but because every upkeep issue at hand was treated as a huge inconvenience by Melanie. She is very rude and blamed us for these issues. We understood that these things were normal wear and were not upset, only made her aware. Most renters would request partial repayment for dealing with this inconvenience, but we haven’t and aren’t. Adding-We rent every year as a company to carry a group of adults with special needs/learning disabilities on vacation each year. They have the greatest time, and the residents at Spanish Trace are always so kind and accepting.

Amazing time in St. Augustine

We did it all ate at Harry’s among many other. We enjoyed a land tour and boat tour, and gator farm. The easy 100 yard walk to the beach if that was so convenient for my 2 children!! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to come back in the coming years!! The communication was great and they had all the supplies we could have ever wanted!!! We will remember this trip forever!!
