Welcome to your stunning Hillside Villa situated on 150' of waterfront. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and quiet Bay views from your 3 private outdoor decks & hot tub. Entertaining is easy in this gourmet kitchen, which is open to 1 of 2 fireplaces, family room & dining room with floor to ceiling views of the Bay. Hidden gems: Foosball table. gym, meeting space, 2nd entertaining kitchen, fire pits, EV charging, surround sound speakers, paddle boards, private trail, fishing from the dock, skate along the Bay.

Due to the nature of the property, there are stairs leading to the waterfront that some people might find steep, Please take care when using.

Perfect Getaway with breathtaking views!!

Our stay at this property was beyond expectations! The place was immaculate—every corner was spotless, which made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The hot tub was such a highlight to our stay! It was perfectly clean and ready to go, allowing us to relax while enjoying the gorgeous view of Lake Ontario. Communications with the owner was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, which made check-in and check-out a breeze. The host’s attention to detail and the pristine condition of the property made it a truly memorable experience. We are already looking forward to coming back for a longer visit. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and refreshing getaway! Thank you for hosting us!!

Not practical..

Nice home unfortunately very difficult to enjoy. The property was difficult to explore given how steep access to parts of the outdoor space and access to house itself. Was not prepared for the layout of this property. Could be cleaner.

The house was actually even nicer than in the pictures. Well stocked with everything you may need. Kathy the host was wonderful and very quick to respond to any inquiries that we had. We hated to leave. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Lovely Get Away

Our family enjoyed a few days away from the everyday life issues just an hour over the boarder- a great get away and it worked really well for our small dog and infant grandson. Adults could be louder in areas of the house without disturbing resting babies. Kitchen was well stocked. GREAT HOST!

Great Toronto area home base

This was a great venue for our party of 10 (five couples) all celebrating 70th birthdays. It was centrally located for touring both Niagara Falls and Toronto. Restaurants, groceries, and gas are nearby. Great waterfront location. Kitchen was well stocked. LOTS of steps both outside and inside, so beware if there are mobility issues. Since there are only three full baths we did have to do some sharing. All in all though our group enjoyed being able to all be in one place.

Modern house with great views

Our family felt safe and comfortable in this house. We enjoyed the great views from inside the house and made full use of the complete and modern kitchen, laundry and other indoor amenities. If you are only looking for an indoor space then this rental property is good. However, we were looking forward to spending time outdoors, unfortunately, the outdoor spaces of the property as shown on this site were not accurate. The garden was overgrown, every single outdoor furniture was dirty, as if unkept for months. Cobwebs in every corner and even the floating dock could use a good hose down. Overall, good times were had. Host was quick to reply and left a wonderful welcome tray with treats.

BEST. STAY. EVER!

We stayed at this property over our wedding weekend and I have been consistently blown away. The host, Kathy is SO lovely and welcoming and so easy to communicate with. The property is even more beautiful in person. We ended up taking some of our wedding photos here because it was so breathtaking. The home is stocked with amenities like kitchen supplies, tableware, board games, even what appeared to be a baby change table and crib in one of the closets. Each bedroom has a fan which is such a great touch for people like me who need one to sleep. The view from every single room is something out of a fantasy. There's even a small dock that you can sit on to enjoy the sunrise. The only thing I would caution about it is accessibility - there are very very steep stairs leading to each level of the property and outside leading to the yard. I don't know if my calves will ever be the same after climbing so many flights all weekend. Anybody with any mobility issues would have a hard time leaving the first main floor (which is still great and has a bedroom, bathroom & kitchen). We cannot thank you enough, Kathy!!!!!

Dad’s 80 th birthday

This property is fabulous, very spacious and a picturesque setting. The house sits back and down from the road with decks and seating areas on every level. Lots of stairs to keep you in shape! Our young adult kids loved the downstairs area which is almost an apartment on its own. The dining room was perfect for a dinner for eight but rained much of our trip but that did not matter as there was so much room in the house. Everything you would ever need for n the kitchen. Was quite perfect.

Didn't want to leave!!!

Very modern, we loved to see all the new technology and sleekness of everything! Very fun, well-equipped house.. also clean, unique, with an amazing view.. we loved the soaker tub and the hot tub.. we could go on and on about this place, didn't want to leave.

I booked this place as a birthday getaway for my boyfriend and it was beyond amazing! It’s such a beautiful property, the photos don’t even do it justice. The place is so so clean and decorated very nicely, we felt super comfortable staying the night. It’s very spacious as well and the outdoor areas were a nice add on. We really enjoyed the hot tub - the views were amazing. Kathy was also a great host, she left some welcome treats which was super sweet. She was also very accommodating and made the booking process a breeze. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

I would give 10 stars if I could

Our family loved this home. It was beautiful and all the little “extras” made the stay so special. What a fabulous place for the price we paid. Our family all said they slept amazingly as the beds were great quality and the hot tub was so great to sit in and look at Lake Ontario. Would gladly rent this place again. Thanks to Kathy for such a great stay.

Local get away

Our stay was AMAZING! The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures! They supplied everything we needed! They left complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine! Kathy was amazing to talk to and book with! Her response time was very fast. Definetly will be back in the near future!

The Hillside villa is very unique and one of a kind. There are so many amazing qualities to the property. Being on a corner waterfront hillside allows for tranquility and privacy. The property is lush with landscaping and vegetation. All three levels of the Villa face out onto the waterfront, there is no basement so every room has a view. You can feel miles away from everyone, yet 3 minutes to the closest Tim Horton's. You are also only minutes away from the wonderful and breathtaking Royal Botanical Gardens. The property allows you to enjoy water activates and an amazing indoor space. This is truly a unique property that allows you to be active, unwind in the hot tub or around the firepit while enjoying luxury and being surrounded by nature.
