Disfrute de la nueva lanai, con increíbles vistas para disfrutar desde la comodidad de las tumbonas o el juego de comedor. Azulejos lujosos en todo el condominio, magníficos mostradores de granito y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos en la cocina.

Disfruta de vistas panorámicas inigualables desde esta unidad de esquina frente al mar en la 6ª planta en la costa de Kaanapali. No se puede estar más cerca del océano que este complejo! Ver magníficas puestas de sol sobre Molokai y Lanai todos los días desde la comodidad de su sala de estar. El condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, TV de pantalla plana, WIFI gratuito, cama king size y aire acondicionado central. Su casa de vacaciones está equipado con todo lo necesario. ¡Solo empaca tu maleta y listo!

El complejo cuenta con instalaciones de lavandería automática para su comodidad, aparcamiento gratuito, y no hay tasas de complejo.

Pase el día en la piscina climatizada y el jacuzzi del complejo. Cuenta con una cabaña contigua con una nueva cocina para su conveniencia. O elegir entre pasar el día en la famosa playa de Kaanapali. Cierra nuestra noche eligiendo cenar en tu casa, barbacoa en la propiedad o simplemente haciendo una reserva en Dukes.

Situado a sólo 5 minutos al sur de la Zona Resort Kapalua, por lo que está cerca de algunos de los mejores restaurantes, tiendas, playas y buceo de Maui!

Have stayed at Maui Kai many times but first time in 201. We were intrigued by the roof top lanai, and it didn’t disappoint. Amazing views of Molokai and Lanai. Beach in front an excellent snorkeling area. Unit with a good supply of ocean gear to enjoy on the beach. Condo airy and bright and well appointed. Will stay here again.

Whale-Watching Paradise

Incredible views, incredible location! We did not swim on the beach (high tide) or use the pool more than once (spa is nice and warm!) and spent most of our time in the place on the lanai with binoculars spotting whales. Great communication when needed and smooth and easy checkin and checkout process. Highly recommend!

Great condo but….

This condo is incredible. The photos are accurate. It is right over the water with views. Our toaster broke the first day and we had a replacement that day! The only reason we can’t give it a 5 star rating is the air conditioning. It needs to be replaced. You cannot sleep with it on because it rattles and is so loud in the bedroom. We were even sleeping with ear plugs! So every night we slept with the doors open and one window in the bedroom. Quite loud! This is our second time staying in this building. The Java Jazz bar has great food and is close by as is the farmer’s market. Love the condo but if you are a light sleeper you will struggle sleeping.

Property was exactly as expected. Everything we needed. Outstanding views, sat on the deck for hours. All amenities within walking distance. Miles of beach and fantastic snorkelling. Highly recommended. We will rent again.

Ka’anapali treat

We were in corner apartment with a private balcony looking down on a quiet beach with a coral reef and out across the channel toward Lanai and Molokai. Whales spouted, turtles popped their heads up, and an endangered Monk seal hauled up on the sand for a snooze on the beach. We were delighted!

Not as advertised

This condo is small, poorly set up, and not kept up. All the furniture needs replacing including the bed. Couldn't find a comfortable chair inside or out. The utensils, plates, and cookware is cheap and not equal to the nightly price. The picture window has the seal broken so you can't clearly see the view from the breakfast table. We will not be coming back.

Amazing stay at an amazing property. Top quality snorkeling outside the front door. Condo is top notch. Loved every minute and have booked a return visit.

Stunning views!

Great condo with beautiful views. Close to many beaches and activities. Pool was rarely crowded after a day on the beach. Near great walking path and easy walk to grocery store. Having chairs, umbrella and cooler was great for beach trips. Though not whale season while we were there, this would be awesome condo to view the whales- we did however see turtles right below us and spinner dolphin pods go by. Great condo!

We could not have picked a better location for our wedding anniversary. The view is phenomenal, the location is perfect and the property has everything you need. Very quiet, except for waves crashing against the shore...which is great.

A beautiful slice of paradise 🌺🌺

What a beautiful location, don’t let the fact that there isn’t a beach right out front, if you take a left at the waterfront there are some beautiful swimmable beaches. The beach-walk is easily accessed via a shortcut through a gate. Loved all my morning walks. Condo was so clean and well appointed, bed was comfortable and you’ll be amazed at the view from the lanai. We were treated to a unique and awe inspiring sunset each and every night! Thanks for a wonderful place to lay our heads at the end of each day.

How often can you sit right over the water and see turtles and whales?

This is a beautiful property. So comfortable that we preferred to cook in or bring food in and. sit on the water for a relaxing meal away from others. Lovely shade to read or visit, and beautiful sunsets.

Photo doesn't lie...

This was a pleasant place to stay. It was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Despite being there late in the whale season, we still saw spouts and breaches. The sunsets were as you'd hope for. Beaches are nearby - driveable. If you don't like to cook but don't want to go out for a sit-down dinner, food trucks are within walking distance. Previous vacationers pointed out the noisy air conditioner... It's REALLY bad. If you're a light sleeper, it may keep you awake. The bass rumble is more than a rumble -- and when it shuts off occasionally, the silence is even more deafening. Not sure what the owner can do about it. One other thing the owner can't do anything about -- the glowing lamp on the side of the neighboring building that lights the interior of the condo despite blinds on the window... It's simply ghastly light pollution that's nearly intolerable.

Ocean views for miles!

Our favorite part of vacationing in Maui in watching whales jump from the lanai. By the second day I had to stop saying, "Whale, straight out" because it had already become too repetitive. Kitchen is well stocked with an great prep space on the island if you choose to cook. Beach equipment is provided in the closet. Cleaning supplies all on hand and easily accessed. There are hooks everywhere, both indoors and out, which I really appreciated for purses, towels, suits, etc. While we had a car, I feel you could easily stay here without one. We walked to several nearby places for breakfasts, visiting neighboring resort restaurants for lunch and happy hours, and walked to the food trucks most nights. We snorkeled both to the North and the South with success.

We loved staying in this unit! It was spacious for the two of us, nicely updated, great location, and the views were spectacular. Also loved that they provided beach chairs and equipment. They had everything we needed and views of a lifetime. Very happy with our stay

Everything we needed!

Excellent view, location, cleanliness, well stocked, and very easy to work with owner(s), as well as management. I can’t say enough about the view. We visit the Hawaiian islands often, and we can say this was the best view we’ve ever had. Lots of whales, and a 180 view, directly between Lanai and Molokai. Wow!!! Will stay here again with no hesitation.

Beautiful Condo, gorgeous view.

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was beautiful and very well maintained. The location was great as well. Within walking distance of a supermarket and several restaurants as well as the food truck court. The best part, though, was the view. Beautiful view of both Lanai and Molokai. Saw several whales from the balcony which was a pleasant surprise as it was a little early in the whale season. I highly recommend this condo.

This property was excellent .. The only down side would be the age of the furniture .. Since the unit was remodeled I would love to see the furniture updated also.

This Is The One

This is certainly one of the best, if not the best rental at Maui Kai. While the Maui Kai is one of the older properties in the area, the property owners association does a great job of keeping the grounds looking great. The owner of unit 601 has also done a good job of modernizing this unit. You won't find popcorn ceilings, cheesy wallpaper or tired carpeting here. Everything has been refreshed. The kitchen has new appliances that work well. The television is a modern flatscreen with streaming capability and AirPlay built in. The WiFi is fast and consistent. All of that may not matter as this condo is all about that view. Having the corner deck and the huge window wall that opens three panels wide was amazing. We spent huge amounts of time on the balcony and took a lifetimes worth of quality sunset photos. The condo is very well equipped, including beach towels, beach chairs, 2 decent boogie boards and two sets of snorkel gear. There are a few things to know. The AC unit works great but it is loud. We couldn't sleep with it on. Fortunately it was a windy week so we could leave the bedroom window open at night. Some of the living room furniture needs updating. Lastly, it's obvious that the beach in front of Maui Kai has eroded. For our trip, we found that the northern portion of North Kaanapali Beach has also seen erosion. There's quite a bit of exposed reef, which makes swimming and boogie boarding not so pleasant. It starts getting better as you get past Honua Kai. So be prepared to walk or drive a bit for a better swimming beach.

The title says it all, this place is absolutely amazing! The condo was exactly as described, it had everything you might need (and then some), was super clean, is in an awesome location and the views….there are just no words to describe how unbelievable they are! We would not hesitate to stay here again and just hope it’s available when we plan our next trip.😊
