We can't wait to welcome you to our well appointed single family vacation home conveniently located to everything in Naples, Florida. The home is located in River Reach, a quaint residential neighborhood in Naples, Florida. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family pool home that is set up as a vacation rental available year round for your enjoyment! River Reach is centrally located in Naples, Florida and is a quick ride to downtown Naples, its beaches and some great restaurants.
The Space:
Welcome to our luxurious single-family vacation home, perfectly situated in the heart of Naples, Florida. Located in the desirable River Reach neighborhood, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed to provide a delightful and convenient short-term rental experience.
River Reach is a charming residential community tucked away off Airport-Pulling Road, just south of Golden Gate Blvd. With easy access to I-75, the airport, downtown Naples, pristine beaches, and an array of fantastic restaurants, our home offers the ideal base for your Naples getaway.
Step inside our vacation rental and discover a spacious and well-appointed interior. The kitchen features elegant hardwood cabinets, granite countertops, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. It seamlessly connects to the family room, dining room, and an additional seating area with bar stools, perfect for socializing. A sliding glass door from the seating area leads to the covered part of the lanai, allowing for a refreshing breeze while maintaining a bug-free environment thanks to the screened-in pool area.
The dining room showcases an inviting oval table comfortably seating 6, overlooking the front yard's subtropical landscape. The family room boasts a luxurious leather sectional sofa, two armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV. Snuggle up on cool nights with the provided extra blankets, conveniently stored in a basket beside the TV. Slider doors from the family room open up to the covered lanai, extending your living space outdoors.
Each of the three bedrooms features a comfortable Queen bed. The main bedroom, located at the back left of the home, offers an en-suite bathroom and French doors that open directly to the pool deck. The French doors are equipped with blinds for privacy. Plantation shutters adorn most windows, providing additional privacy and darkness for restful nights. The Queen bed in the main bedroom is a plush Temper-Pedic, ensuring a truly rejuvenating sleep.
The two additional bedrooms share a second full-sized bathroom located on a shared hallway. One of the guest bedrooms faces the street, while the other overlooks the backyard, pool, and side patio.
Convenience extends to the laundry room, equipped with front-loading machines discreetly placed at the back of the garage. The garage offers space for parking, and the driveway provides ample additional parking for guests.
Step outside into the meticulously maintained outdoor space, designed for relaxation and entertainment. An expansive undercover seating area features swivel armchairs, a chaise lounge, an outdoor sofa, and a fire pit table, creating an ambiance of warmth and comfort. A ceiling fan ensures a pleasant breeze, while the 6' privacy fence encloses the entire backyard. The pool faces south.
The pool deck boasts a round high-top table with chairs and an umbrella, as well as two inviting chaise loungers. Just beyond the pool cage, a side patio houses a large Weber Genesis propane gas grill, perfect for alfresco dining and savoring grilled delights.
The nearest public beach, Lowdermilk Beach, is a short 4.5-mile drive away, with numerous beach parking spaces along Gulf Shore Blvd N. Indulge in a variety of local dining options, including Dylan's Drafthouse, Whiskey Park, Sandy's Cuban Cafe (all within a 10-minute walk), and the delectable Michelbob's BBQ, just a quick 5-minute drive away. For outdoor enthusiasts, the adjacent Gordon River offers a picturesque setting for kayaking adventures.

Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)
Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.
To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.
Important Details:
The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.
This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager
It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.
This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
