The Space:
Welcome to The Lux at Craftsman, a rare opportunity to stay in one of the very few short-term rental–approved condo buildings in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Perfectly positioned in the center of it all, this modern studio places you just steps from the city’s best restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, tasting rooms, galleries, and the scenic Scottsdale Waterfront. With everything within easy walking distance, guests can enjoy the full Old Town experience without ever needing a car.
Thoughtfully designed for comfort and efficiency, the studio blends modern style with smart functionality. High-end finishes and clean contemporary design create a bright, welcoming atmosphere, while the open layout makes the space feel comfortable and uncluttered.
The sleeping area features a plush king bed with premium linens, providing a restful retreat after a day exploring Old Town. A queen sofa sleeper adds flexibility for additional guests, while the Smart TV makes it easy to relax with your favorite shows or movies in the evening.
The kitchenette offers everything needed for quick meals and morning coffee before heading out to explore the neighborhood. A space-saving refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker make it easy to prepare light snacks or breakfast before starting the day.
Step outside onto your private balcony overlooking the street, the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, people-watch as Old Town comes to life, or unwind with a drink in the evening while the energy of the neighborhood surrounds you.
Guests at The Lux at Craftsman also have access to shared community amenities, including a modern fitness room and business center. The gym offers a selection of workout equipment, weights, and yoga mats for guests who want to stay active during their trip, while the workspace provides desks and a wireless printer for those needing to catch up on work.

Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze from this centrally located Scottsdale retreat. With many attractions within walking distance, you can easily explore the neighborhood's vibrant energy on foot. For longer distances or a fun alternative, hop on an e-scooter or catch a ride with a convenient rideshare service. Golf cart taxis are also available for a unique way to navigate the area's charming streets. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a quick ride, getting around has never been easier.
Other Things to Note:
To ensure your comfort, we’ve incorporated advanced sound-dampening materials throughout the building. However, due to our prime location, noise from neighboring businesses, the energetic street atmosphere, and adjacent units may occasionally be heard, particularly at night on weekends.
For guests sensitive to sound, we provide complimentary earplugs and white noise machines to enhance your stay. Or if you prefer a quieter experience, we also offer two other studio units at the back of the building. These units features the same exceptional quality and amenities but do not include balconies, offering a more serene environment away from the lively street noise.
Parking is conveniently available on a first-come, first-served basis along Craftsman Court and nearby streets. For added convenience, a complimentary 5-level parking garage is located just one block east, offering plenty of space to accommodate your vehicle.
The brand new gym and business center is shared with the building's guests only and accessed with a private access PIN. Each building features two studios that share a laundry room equipped with an eco-friendly washer/dryer combo. Designed for single small loads in a pinch, clothes may need to be hung to fully dry. We also offer laundry valet service for larger loads for a small fee.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis along Craftsman Court and neighboring streets. Additionally, just a block East, you'll find a convenient 5-level parking garage with complimentary parking for your peace of mind.
