Very relaxing. House was stocked very well with all the necessities. It was also stocked with coffee, spices, marshmallows, etc.... Next time we return to visit family, we will rent again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious, plenty of room to accommodate our large group. The lake was fantastic with paddle boats and kayaks that were a lot of fun. The fire pit was lovely with plenty of wood available. The hosts were flexible, kind and so willing to assist. Highly recommend!

Everything was great! The place was clean and perfect for our group. The whole property and the many things to do helped us to enjoy our time greatly. The only negative was not having more time there!

The lake is clean and beautiful. Plenty of space in the house for the 22 of us. Enjoyed the large room for eating as well as a place for games and puzzles. Close to Lookout Mtn trails for hiking. Sitting around the firepit made for delightful evenings.

Great family getaway

Loved the property. Was large enough to house our extended family for new years. Clean, stocked with everything we needed and kids loved the lake and bonfire fun.

Clean, spacious, and hospitable.

We had a great experience here. The property was in great shape, as advertised and seen in the photos, the owners were helpful and responsive in answering questions prior to the stay, and the weather held off enough for us to enjoy spending some time outdoors. The grounds guy was very helpful in answering questions and making sure we had enough firewood.

Senior Church Retreat

12 seniors had a wonderful stay. We loved the house and the lake. A good time was had by all. We plan to return next year!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is. The hosts were so easy to communicate with, both before and during our stay. The house is incredibly well appointed for a family vacation. We loved having all 18 of us (8 adults and 10 children ages 2-15) eat our meals together in the large “event” space. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes, cookware, cutlery, etc. The owners provided pretty much everything we could think of, including hand soap at every sink, a good supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and more towels than we could ever use!The kids loved swimming in the lake, using the kayaks, paddle boats, and pontoon bicycles. And they loved fishing from sunrise to sunset! Our weather didn’t cooperate every night, so we didn’t get to use the fire pit as much as we would have liked, but it was well stocked. There is a lot of outdoor furniture around the fire pit and on the large veranda overlooking the lake. The location is great for a quick trip to Trenton for groceries, supplies, and pizza. It is also close enough to Chattanooga to take advantage of all that city has to offer. The 5 Queen beds on the second floor (with its own bathroom) was perfect for all of the cousins to enjoy their nightly pajama parties. There is also enough separate spaces if anyone needs some quiet/private time. This is truly an outstanding property, and we were blessed to have found it for a family vacation.

Couldn’t have been any better!

Hosts are super thoughtful in that they provide so many extra amenities like toiletry kits in all the bathrooms, laundry detergent/softener/sanitizer, coffee starter kit…on and on! The kayaks are super fun. Everything was clean and really great! Our party of 20 women had a wonderful stay and plan to return!
