Scottsdale AZ family vacation

Overall great experience staying at the condo during our vacation trip. Water heater went out while we were there but the manager took care of the issue the same day by having a new unit installed. Close to Phoenix and other attractions for a chill vacation

What a wonderful property. It was close to everything and in a pretty quiet complex. Will definitely use this property the next time I am in Scottsdale.

I like the location. I like that it is quiet there. The property should send a map guide in advance so tenants can find their unit in the dark. you have to go up every set of stairs to see what unit #'s are at the top (with your luggage?) The couch in this unit is COMPLETELY UNINHABITABLE. You should not have this unit available until you replace the couch. the area under the cushion is completely broken and if you sit, you go down to the floor so you can't sit on it. The patio table and chairs are FILTHY. could not have been cleaned in the last month Bed in Mbrm is like concrete. The pillows are about 2 inches thick. spend $500 on a new couch, $500 on a mattress and $50 on a couple pillows or take this unit off the rental market.

Nice Place!

The condo was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Didn’t spend a lot of time around the complex due to bike week activities but the it appeared very nice. The only tip is find the condo prior to toting your luggage since it’s 3 flights of stairs and you want to make sure you don’t go up the wrong ones because they are not all connected. Also, Uber and Lyft have a difficult time finding the location and want to pick you up behind the condos. They may have a northern entrance their gps guides them to. Otherwise great place that I would definitely stay at again!

Good Location - Scottsdale

The property met our needs for two couples quite well. It's in a great location for traveling around the area, as you get to major roads and the freeway quickly. The parking is covered, although it's a bit of a distance to the unit, which is up 3 flights of stairs - not great for hauling luggage. The grounds are well kept and the pool/hot tub area is handy - although the pool isn't heated. The unit itself is fine - the carpet's a bit tired and could be replaced. Other than that - it was good and we'd consider it again in the future.

Great location for Spring Training!

First trip to Phoenix area. Stayed for 8 nights in this unit. Condo is in an excellent location for both general touring around and for spring training. We were travelling with 3 adults and the 2 bdrm/2 bath set-up was perfect. Unit is well-appointed with upgraded appliances and sufficient kitchen wares to be able to cook as desired. Host was excellent and provided check-in information same day/prior to us arriving. There was a discrepancy in the information provided by the host and the Evolve booking platform in regards to keyless entry code: the host’s information was correct so use that one. Only minor issue, and it is a personal preference one, the bed in the master bedroom had a foam mattress topper and it was way too soft hence uncomfortable for us. We were able to move to second bedroom halfway through and this was great….so not an issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rebook this unit. Highly recommend if you are in the area and plan on touring around the greater Phoenix area.

Utilitarian property

First of all the unit was very clean and its location suited our purposes. That being said, it could use more attention to detail. My issues are as follows: - Listing says there are stairs to access. It's on the third floor, no elevator. That should be disclosed. - Code for door lock wasn't functioning. Contacted the agent and she gave me a different code. No major problem, but we were standing in the cold and rain while trying to resolve. - Wi-Fi log in directions on check-in info were wrong, fortunately there was a placard in the unit with the correct info. - I'm used to having to buy some of our own "basics" when we rent but there were no napkins nor paper towels anywhere to be found. In addition, the coffee filters in the unit, weren't the right type for the coffee maker, and using them would have created a mess that would have been difficult to clean, with no paper towels. - The dishwasher is not properly mounted to the cabinetry. You open the door and the entire unit starts falling out onto the floor. You need quick feet to keep from getting hurt. This is dangerous and should be corrected before the unit is rented again. - Finally, I am a relatively big guy (not fat, just a big guy). This unit has very small bathrooms and showers. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but my wife, a small person, found the bathrooms to be very tight. Bottom line, fix the dishwasher, make sure the "staples" are there and make sure the listing is accurate and transparent.

Though our stay revolved around taking me to the Mayo Clinic, it also included being with the man I love, spending time with friends, relaxing and enjoying life. Our room was very comfortable clean and in a nice neighborhood.

Great, quiet location. Responsive host

We had 4 adults and 1 child in our party. We enjoyed a clean, quiet place, that was easily accessible to the 101, malls, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacies, baseball spring training facilities, a hospital (we did not need the last two but we were very aware what great benefits those would be). We were more impressed, however, by the responsiveness of the host. We had some minor issues that were fixed within minutes after we communicated with the host.. Should we need a place in Scottsdale again, we would make this place our first search on Vrbo.

Overall great experience and good place to stay

The only disappointment was that there was a third bed advertised, but the only “third bed” was an air mattress that was pretty dirty so one person ended up sleeping on the couch. Not a huge deal but not ideal when you are expecting something different. Also there were no cleaning supplies to kind of help clean sticky tables etc. Overall it was wonderful comfy beds and couch, great location.
