The light-filled, open-plan kitchen/living/dining area is perfect for relaxation. The kitchen boasts stone bench tops, a breakfast bar with 4 stools, a 4-burner gas cooktop, under-bench oven, dishwasher, and a large double-door fridge. The living/dining area features a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a comfy sofa that converts to a bed, and a dining table for 4 people. The living area flows through to the private terrace with floor-to-ceiling double glazed sliding doors.
The Space:
The bedroom has a Queen size bed with premium linens and plush bedding, and a mirrored wardrobe, large windows that run the length of a wall with block-out blinds, and a glass sliding glass door giving you access to the terrace.
Secure, undercover parking is provided with the apartment, and other building amenities include a swimming pool with spa, gymnasium and barbecue area.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is right in the heart of Brisbane’s entertainment precinct, an easy stroll to a good choice of eateries, as well as the Convention & Exhibition Centre, Queensland Gallery of Modern Art, the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, Southbank Parklands, West End and the Museum & Science Centre. It’s also just a 15 minute walk to the Brisbane CBD and the Queen Street shopping mall. Suncorp Stadium is minutes drive away.
Getting Around:
Although the apartment comes with its own undercover security parking, if you prefer public transport, it’s only a 6 minute walk to South Brisbane Train Station, and the area is also well serviced by busses.

***Construction*** Please note that there is ongoing construction directly in front of the building. As a result, some noise may be present during standard working hours throughout your stay. When the windows are closed, the noise inside the apartment is significantly reduced and generally not intrusive.

* **Guest Verification:** For the security of our guests and property, you will be asked to complete a simple ID verification through our partner, Truvi, before we are able to provide you with your check in information. * **Noise and Smoking:** Please remember, due to strata and government regulations, we have a strict No Party and No Smoking policy for all our properties.
* **Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance. The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.
* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
