Accommodating up to 15 guests, Springbank House is set in a tranquil location and is perfect for a special occasion or family get together. With a Heated Indoor Pool, a spa and Theatre there is something for the whole family.

As you drive past the local dairy farms and down the corridor of forest trees approaching Springbank House, your peaceful and tranquil stay is only moments away.

The home embraces so much of the beauty that the south coast has to offer, feeling like you are in the middle of no where with lovely views over the countryside from the back deck, you can sit, relax and breathe in the fresh country air or take a stroll around the property admiring to local wildlife. You may be greeted by a family of Kangaroos or watch the Kookaburras settle in on their perch for the night and listen to their laughter.

Spend your morning at one of the local surf or bay beaches and your afternoon back at the house relaxing, reading a book or playing a board game with the family.

Enjoy a barbecue feast on the enormous deck as the sun sets over the forest to the west before retreating inside to enjoy a movie in the theatre or perhaps another swim in the heated pool or a relax in the spa!

In Winter prepare the outdoor fire pit for an afternoon and evening of laughter catching up with your family or friends while the kids roast marshmallow's.
For a wonderful family get together, special occasion or purely for absolute peace, tranquility and indulgence, Springbank House provides an unforgettable blend of the magnificent South Coast with easy access to the stunning white-sand beaches of Jervis Bay.

Please note that the house is on envirocylce (septic) which means only toilet paper down the toilet and no bleaches or chemicals down sinks or toilets.


A C C O M M O D A T I O N

Springbank House sits on almost 2 acres of open space with an enormous lawn area, perfect for the kids and parents to kick a ball around or play a game of backyard cricket. There are only 2 or 3 neighbouring houses, however being in the country, please be mindful that noise really travels of an evening, so it is important our guests be respectful of this, and hence, no loud music permitted after 10pm, and no parties of any kind.

House Layout:

Entrance level: Open plan lounge, dining, kitchen opening out to the deck
Lower level - Master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, main bathroom with small bath, laundry
Upstairs: Bedroom 5 and 6, bathroom and cinema
Pool Room: Indoor heated pool and toilet. The large indoor heated pool is perfect for the kids or the fitness conscious who want to start their day with some laps in the pool. Heated to 27 degrees.
Outdoor Spa/Jacuzzi - The spa will comfortably seat 4 or 5 guests
Combustion fireplace which heats the whole house
Outdoor fire pit for Winter months (Easter to October long weekend)

K I T C H E N

You will absolutely love cooking in this fully equipped kitchen. The open plan design and beautiful views of the country side will mean even doing the dishes won't feel like a chore. The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction cooktop, two ovens, and coffee machine, and the butlers pantry is where you'll find the large fridge/freezer and microwave, as well as plenty of storage space for your groceries.


L I V I N G ~ AND ~ E N T E R T A I N M E N T

The enormous deck is the perfect place to enjoy lunch or an evening cocktail while watching the sun set and the kangaroos come out to feed. The kids (and adults!) will be ever so happy to settle in to the Cinema room after a long day at the beach or in the pool. The cinema has a selection of dvd's to choose from, or if you prefer you can stream your favourite movie via the chromecast (using your own streaming account). The downstairs lounge area is an inviting and cosy place to relax, where you can enjoy the fireplace in winter.

Located in Mayfield, surrounded by forest and dairy farms and only a handful of other houses. From Springbank you are just a 12 minute drive to Cullburra Beach; a 12 minute Drive to Terrara, and a 15 minute drive to the pristine white sand beaches Callala Beach and Callala Bay

Rates include all household linen and towels and standard departure clean.
Prices are for up to 15 guests (maximum of 13 adults plus infant in port a cots).

P E A K ~ B O O K I N G S

Bookings over Christmas and New Year are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than the 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay
