Property was clean and as described. Worked well for our family for a long weekend. Great neighborhood location.

Great little house in a nice little neighborhood!

This house met all our needs for the long weekend stay. The house is exactly as pictured! It is in a great location, tucked back in a very nice and quiet neighborhood which was perfect for my family. We were about 15-20 minutes from downtown and had multiple shopping centers within a few minutes. We would absolutely stay there again!

Short stay

The location is nice, and close to airport. Pool table was fun! Did notice there were A LOT of spiders and bugs through out the house, there was hair in the tub and sink, and also saw 3 mice. I also woke up with bug bites across my lower back not sure if it was spiders or what. The property overall is nice just need to work on the cleanliness and pests.

Review

The house is nice and in a wonderful quiet area. I had to go purchase an iron. The water was backed up in shower and tub. Also in hallway bathroom toilet..there are no tvs in the bedrooms and most doors didn’t lock. The rooms are smaller than they appear on pictures. Other than these few things we made the best of our time at this home. The host was great with response time with any questions and request we had.

The house was absolutely beautiful. It looked just like the picture! It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, that is super close to local grocery stores. It was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and appliences for us to utilize during our stay. It felt so cozy and warm as soon as we walked in the door. The owners are super accomidating as they provided enough toiletries for our stay, which was one less thing we had to worry about. The beds were very comfortable and aided in angood nights rest. My 4 year old grandson was over the moon excited about the bunk beds that mimicked the one he has at home. The pool table was a major highlight of the home! That was something that everyone in our family of 6 was excited to partake in. The table is in a small space that makes it difficult to shoot from certain angles, but we were able to adjust! There were just a couple issues that we ran into during our stay. We are a Animal loving family, but don't currently own any. There was a significant amount of animal fur throughout the home on the floors, couches, and bedding from the previous renters I assume. However we were able to take care of the situation and didn't allow it to ruin our stay. If ever in the area again we would choose this home again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful House, Awful service and follow through

The house is gorgeous and the area is perfect. The contact for the house is unresponsive, not helpful and didn’t care to meet our needs. We arrived after 8 hour drive and had wrong code given to us, called six times and emailed then texted before a response from contact. When he finally called was clearly at a club or bar and not helpful. Finally got the code and got inside and no beds were made, dishes not taken care of, piles of laundry left like the last people left and no one came in to clean or spruce up. We had no toilet paper and messaged the contact. He said he would drop some first thing in the morning, never heard anything and went out to get our own toilet paper. Floors were dirty and bathroom dirty. It’s a shame for such a nice place. When I notified of the clean issue he said “it’s not clean?” And I said yes and never heard from him again.

Not Quite as Expected But Still Nice

This property is in a nice neighborhood close to lots of great restaurants. We wanted to love it (and there were things to love) but overall we were a little disappointed. The code we were given didn't work but the contact responded promptly with the right code so we weren't waiting long. The mosquitos were terrible! There were ants all over the table, kitchen counter, & floor when we arrived so we had to buy ant traps & mosquito spray. The bunk beds were so uncomfortable that no one could sleep on them and the pool table is only there for optics as there's no way you can use it (the walls are too close on two sides). The table only seats six so our family couldn't eat together (two people had to stand at the counter, no additional seating there). There were exactly 8 of the basic kitchen furnishings, 8 plates, 8 cups, 8 spoons & forks, so every time we used something we had to hand wash it so we could use it again. The back yard was soggy, but maybe that was from recent rains. With more kitchen furnishings, a larger table & chairs, & a quick check for ant control before guests check in this could be a real gem, but don't expect 8 adults to sleep comfortably here or use the pool table.
