Three-bedroom house in a tranquil location to stay, enjoy the greenery and calm view of Rye from the outdoor patio with friends and family.
*VERY STRICT NOISE CURFEW (10PM-8AM)*
Coded keypad for seamless self check-in.
TEMPORARY SITUATION: Left-side door of the garage won't open. Previous guests did something to it. But you can use the other door.

This house is nestled in a quite neighbourhood. It has a relaxed atmosphere with the back verandah overlooking some greeneries .

1. We do require a response to our pre-booking questions when we ask.
2. Standard check-in time is 3PM onward. Standard check-out time is 10AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees.
3. VERY STRICT NOISE CURFEW (10PM-8AM)
4. House Rate & Occupancy Limit: 6 guests
5. WE DO NOT HAVE the following:
*Beach amenities
*BBQ amenities
*Netflix guest account
Please check our listing thoroughly for complete list of amenities.
6. Must climb stairs (not steep).
7. One of the rooms is really small. It has a queen sized bed but can only fit in one bedside table. This room has a wardrobe like the rest of the other rooms.
8. Surrounded with vegetation. If you're going to stay out, please put on insect repellent lotion/spray.
9. House Airbnb cancellation policy is FIRM. Please check cancellation and refund schedule before confirming your booking.
