Enjoy this lovely ground level suite with full kitchen, laundry room, large full bathroom, separate bedroom plus bonus sleeping area in living room. Enjoy the lake view from your front windows or outside patio. You can bike ride to many wineries right out your front door or walk to the town of Summerland in just 15 minutes. We are a 5 minute drive to Sunoka or Peach Orchard Beaches and just a 12minute drive to Penticton or Peachland. The location is perfect and you'll be sure to enjoy this wonderful home away from home!

Our property was outstanding. Our host has gone above and beyond to create a home away from home. My daughter said: we literally would not have had to bring a thing. It was lovely and cozy and very clean. It had very spacious storage so the suite never feels cluttered. The view was so relaxing. Our host was the perfect balance, offering complete privacy and also availability for anything.

Perfect location in Summerland. So many things to do in walking distance. Beautiful views and very peaceful. Had everything you needed for a perfect trip.

This was a delightful space with lots of special touches to let us feel right at home. Great view down to the Lake, not lakefront but pleasant from high above. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Excellent location for hikes and walks

We wanted to be on Giant's Head mountain for other reasons but it was so nice to be so close to such beautiful terrain. Excellent views,wineries nearby. The set up of the apartment was really nice for our group of three adults, well stocked with laundry. Pleasant hosts, everything worked out nicely.

Quiet, relaxing place

Great location for visiting the wine stores, the beach and local farm markets. Lots of space in the home; living room and kitchen. Perfect for a couple that likes to cook. Loved the quietness of the place and having breakfast outside on the patio. Highly recommend this vacation home.

Summerland Stay

Our stay in Summerland was immensely facilitated by the property on Giant's Head Road. The suite had everything we could have wanted : plenty of room for lounging, full kitchen, 2 beds (one adjustable) and a great view of the lake from the outdoor patio. It was the perfect home base for our explorations of Summerland as it was a short 15-20 minute walk to the town center. Loved our stay.

Great place with a great view

Great atmosphere and everything was pretty much perfect. Richard and Tina are good hosts and I recommend getting to know them. We would definitely do it again🤓

Relaxing in Summerland

We so enjoyed our stay! Our hosts tried to stay away and give us space respectfully, but they were asked simple questions at the beginning and provided precise details to make our stay the best. The place is well stocked with all you need. We cooked and enjoyed the outdoor space. The shade in the evening off the front patio was welcomed as we enjoyed the view. Thank you to our hosts, Tina and Richard, for a delightful stay.

Restful getaway in Summerland

Lovely property, spacious, clean and quiet. Central location provides good access for beach, town, and wineries. Ca A few small improvements would be nice: screen door on front to permit through draft for fresh air. A large enough table outside to serve and eat meals on. A normal stove- I've never been in a home stay where there was no proper stove. The wiring is not designed to use more than 1 appliance at the time on one circuit. This makes cooking meals very awkward and challenging. Breaker panel for the suite should be located IN the furnace room of the suite. Kitchen utensils are barely sufficient. A pair of tongs, rubber spatula and a whisk would be helpful. Otherwise a comfortable and homey place.

Pleasantly Surprised

I'm quite a picky traveler and cleanliness is huge for me. I loved our first impressions and the comfort I felt staying in this safe environment with beautiful view. I would recommend a Keurig coffee machine as it's easier to by pods and nonstick pans for cooking would also be good.

This suite worked out well for the business I had to attend to while in the Summerland area. When I blew a fuse running the microwave and tea kettle at the same time, the problem was addressed in a timely manner, and was able to continue using the appliances. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay here. Would highly recommend the location.

Relaxing getaway, beautiful location

The suite is perfect and had everything we needed. The property, surrounding area and views are beautiful. We enjoyed meeting our friendly hosts who were very gracious to us. We are grateful for the time we were able to spend here and would highly recommend it to others looking for a special place to stay.

Nice quiet place

We stayed here with our 18 year old son and enjoyed our stay for the five days we were there. We spent each day at the beach and touring around Penticton so it was nice to come back to a peaceful and quiet location. There is not a lot of traffic that goes by there so nice for walking in the area too. It has everything you need and Tina and Richard were very attentive to respond to any inquiries or requests.

The Perfect Getaway Retreat

I loved everything about my stay - the suite, the hospitality, the location and the views! The suite is well stocked and spacious. Very clean and well laid out. The ambiance of the grounds and private backyard retreat, beautiful! It is obvious the Tina and Richard take great care of their guests. Pride of ownership is apparent throughout the property. Location! Location! Location! And that lake view? Just beautiful. I will definitely be back.
