Venga y relájese con su familia y amigos en nuestra gran casa de vacaciones bellamente decorada. Cuenta con 6 habitaciones, 5, 5 baños y casi todas las habitaciones tienen sus propios baños. Con 2 salas de estar y una gran cocina totalmente equipada, es ideal para que su familia se relaje y disfrute de la compañía de cada uno. La fabulosa piscina SOUTH FACING con una valla de seguridad para niños y sin vecinos traseros le brinda a todos más diversión y privacidad después de un largo día en Disney.

Esta casa está idealmente ubicada en el popular Solana Resort -Davenport, un complejo vigilado las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, con casa club, que se ubica en los EE. UU. 27 entre la ruta 192 y la autopista I-4. Es conocido como el 'Triángulo de oro' de villas de vacaciones. Solana Resort es el lugar perfecto. Está muy cerca de la I-4 en Champions Gate, que lo llevará a Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, playas en las costas este y oeste, centros comerciales, varios campos de golf de campeonato, Busch Gardens y el Centro Espacial. . The house was lovely as advertised. Communication with the host was wonderful. She answered our texts quickly and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend the house to anyone and hope to return ourselves at a future date!

This was a lovely condo, just need to check into the lighting. Most of the rooms you turn the switches and no light comes on and we tried connecting and turning the lights on and then switching, and that didn’t work either the laundry room light is completely out. Other than that, it’s a very nice unit. We enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of cozy space

We had a large group in town for a convention at the Gaylord Palms. The location of the property is great - far enough away to be out of the bustle but convenient to restaurants and amenities. Our group had plenty of space and really enjoyed the game room and pool.

Perfect for our Adult Sibling trip, we each had our own room with a bathroom. House was big enough to give everyone their own space and still allow for family movies, games and meals.

We had a family vacation for a large group of us. We had two recent high school graduates as well as a college graduate that we were celebrating on this trip. We all had a great time and would definitely stay here again it was close to everything plus just a short drive to a beach. The resort staff as well as Michelle were great to work with as well as a fast response when I had texted Michelle with a concern. She replied immediately and it was taken care of. Thank You for allowing us to stay at your home.

Great place to stay

Property was just as in photos, manager and property manager were very helpful before, during and after our stay. Its a great place to stay with your family if you are going to any of the parks.

Property was great having the six bedrooms was awesome. Five bathrooms pool and spa. Great needs to be updated a little. Needs a good paint job and furniture updated specially mattresses. In the garage needed to be swept out lots of bugs in the corners. Of course they were dead. The drive to Universal is a little further than we thought and there was a mixup on the property that we got sent the first time other than that everything was awesome would recommend.

Great stay!

The house was very nice! We enjoyed our stay. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kids loved the pool! The host was very nice and helpful.

The resort was beyond my expectations and when we had a small issue with one of the major appliances, the maintenance dept responded very quickly. Would definitely stay again! Enjoyed every bit of it!

Great home for larger families

Our 4 adult kids met us in Orlando for the week and this was a perfect house. Really nice that each bedroom and a connecting bath. Mattress in the Master is identical to the brand we have at our home which was awesome!

Misleading

The number of bedrooms & bathrooms worked great for our group. The location was good as it was not a long drive to Disney properties. The pictures that are online are misleading according to what we found at the house. Examples: the pictures showed 2 family rooms with tvs, but there was only one. The pictures showed a bright game room in the garage, but there was only one small light in the ceiling which wasn’t even over the game tables. Overall it was an enjoyable week. It just had some disappointments when we first walked through the house.

Family getaway

The house met all of our needs for a quiet family getaway, close to most everything you could want to do in central Florida but far enough out to be very relaxing and quiet. Very comfortable and clean. Michelle was very attentive to our needs and very courteous as a host, no complaints there, and the community is a very nice one clean quiet and very well kept, the clubhouse was very nice we went there a few times. All in all a very nice time had by us all.

Love Michelle’s Place!!

Michelle’s home was perfect for our annual family gathering. We had 8 adults and 4 children ages 4 to 10, so the six bedrooms were perfect - the cousins especially loved sleeping in the bunk bed room! We made good use of the open floor plan between the kitchen and family area. However, the pool was our happy place. Everything we needed was convenient, and Michelle was wonderfully responsive when we had a question or need. Anyone would be blessed to be her guest!

Larger Family's first trip to Disney

Our family of 7 stayed at this house and had a really nice time. We were about a 30 minute drive from the Disney parks (depending on traffic). The house was very big with more than enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The property managers were really great and came out to address a few minor things that popped up during our stay. The community center was a big hit with our kids. They've got a small mini golf course and a great pool. Wasn't the cleanest place we've ever stayed at, but also not so gross we wanted to leave instantly.

Family Vacation

Your house was perfect for our family. There was more then enough space for us from the bedrooms to both the living room areas for relaxing in. The pool was a hit especially with my granddaughter. The only negative thing we found was the pool table is in terrible shape and is tough to play on but we did not have a lot of time to use it anyway so it was not a big deal.

A Vrbo you don’t want to miss

We had an easy sign up for the property. The price gave a good value. Every where we turned in the house and neighborhood we we’re surprised to keep finding items that made our stay at 630 Solana wonderful. Pool table, heated pool and whirlpool, lots of dishes and cook ware, grill, electric griddle, lots of room in the house for 14 guests, clubhouse with pool,put put golf, bar by the pool, out door whirlpool, clean quiet neighborhood gated with 24 hour security. STAY AT HOUSE!!!

Great Family Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed the stay it was so much fun , All children had fun swimming everyday , We had the comfort of cooking all o our meal and use of the grill. The con I have is internet was bad and I just think it was the area it self. There was a Jacuzzi but it was not heated that was an extra cost. but other than that we hard a great time stores was very close.

Perfect house, great neighborhood, fantastic pool and the best communication!

We really enjoyed the home, there was a total of 9 of us, 2 teens, 4 young adults and 3 adults. It was insanely hot so we just spent most of our time hanging out in the pool, inside in the ac or getting ice cream lol. The house is very large, and everyone was able to have their alone time when needed or hang out all together without feeling crowded. I’m my opinion, the best feature wasn’t the amazing pool/hot tub, or the fun game room bit it was the fact that everyone (couple) had their own bathroom, there were a TON of them and it was so nice. The house was clean, had all the things we required to cook/eat. I knew in advance to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and toiletries so we were fully prepared for our stay. A couple questions came up and I emailed Michelle and got an almost immediate response. I highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back! Thanks for letting us stay!

Ok Experience

Property was in nice, quiet neighborhood. Not too far from many of the things we were in town to do. Property was not as clean as advertised. Built up dirt and dust on fans, along baseboards and in corners. Walls could use a coat of paint. We didn't spend a lot of time at the property so it didn't matter that much. It was just disappointing given the photos on the listing.
