There are bus stops on L’Estrange Terrace and Kelvin Grove Road operating routes to Brookside Shopping Centre, RBWH Station, Teneriffe Ferry, Boondall Statio and City. Addiitonal buses departing from QUT Kelvin Grove Station operate trips to Carsledine Station, Woolloongabba Station, Cultural Centre, RBWH Station, Chermside INterchagne and UQ Lakes Station.

- To locate the on-site parking drive in from ramp and travel down to B3.
- Air conditioning is available in the bedroom and living room. There is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
- The road is particularly busy with students and cars around 8am and 3pm due to the close proximity of QUT and Kelvin Grove College.
- Please keep noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
