This was an absolutely amazing rental!! Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and extras and everything was laid out so nicely. Pool was wonderful and we enjoyed it every day!!

Wonderful and Cozy

We had a glorious time! The home was beautiful, very comfy and well maintained. The pool was a great addition. To top it off the host was very accommodating and we had a very memorable family vacation. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place!

Great property, great house, great pool and pool area! Everything was as listed or even better than what was listed in the description and pictures. Communication with owners was always quick and easy! Plenty of room for my family of 5. We all greatly enjoyed the trip!!

Great vacation spot for families with children!!!

This house was perfect. Private pool, super quiet, and it's close to everything but feels tucked away. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time and we would definitely come back again. The communication with Ada was great as well. We had an issue with a couple very minor things but got everything handled quickly and without skipping a beat. Definitly recommend!

Chose the property because it was very close to the job we worked at,. The check in process was super easy, house was perfect and very comfortable with many amenities. Also located in a nice area close to everything! Highly Recommend!

Fun weekend getaway with the family

Cute rental in a great location- close enough to food, gas station, pharmacies, grocery, and the beach. We absolutely loved our stay. Great memories were made here.

Wonderful stay !

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and were very, very pleased with the house. We were in town to visit with family and this house worked out perfectly. The rooms were comfortable, the house was clean, everything worked well and there were plenty of extras that many VRBO homes do not offer (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc). We cooked a couple of meals and kitchen had all the pans and utensils we needed. A great home for a great stay !

The house and pool was exactly as described. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The check in and check out process was easy peezy. Communication with the owners was great with quick replies. Very clean home and pool. Highly recommend!

This property was by far the best I have ever rented! Great, quiet location, but still not far from many activities. Clean and spacious with everything you need. I will be back to this home on my next visit to the area!

The house and property are wonderful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I honestly wish I knew where they ordered the big king pillows in the master bedroom. The shining star of the whole house was the master bedroom shower. I didn't want to get out of the shower when I was done. Felt so good and relaxing. The pool was nice. There was two things about the pool that bothered us just a little. There is no pool net, so that you can get the leaves and other floating stuff out of pool before getting in. The other thing is the pool location. It feels like the pool is in the neighbors back yard. But those two items very minor. We truly enjoyed the pool. The only other issue with the house was there is a smell of mold or mildew thats hatd to get rid of. But once in the house for awhile you can't smell it. It mostly when you first get there and when you come back from a day of activities. But again a very minor issue. On the last night we went of picked up supplies to make s'mores and used the fire pit. The family really enjoyed that. All and all we will definitely make this our place to stay when coming to Panama City FL. The owners take very good care of this place and should be proud of what they have done to make our families vacations a wonderful thing.

We did enjoy our stay and would recommend it but the pool situation is a little iffy and considering the price I would look elsewhere first. This is an older home that's had a decent remodel. It's very well stocked and was reasonably clean. The pro for us was the location between our local family that we came to visit. There were several things that I think should be taken into consideration. The pool is private to the home but NOT private to the neighbors. I did not feel comfortable relaxing by a pool very visible to the neighbors. The liner is very wrinkled and it's a small pool. No shade near the pool but there are a few chairs. You have to exit the yard and walk to the side of the property across a small ditch. Pictures are a bit misleading.This home needs a deep clean. My 73 year old dad was extremely disappointed in the condition of the extra bathroom tub as he likes to soak to help his pain. The tub could not be sat in because of the mat and condition of this old tub. The kitchen had ants that I didn't bother to report because I had a hard time getting questions answered prior to our stay about the pool so I wasn't wasting time I could spend with family. When I rent a house at this price, not at the beach, I expect much more. Mildew on the trim, possible mold on the living room ceiling, stains on the decor like table runner, cushions , etc. Again there are a good many positives but the price is not reflective of the quality of the listing in my opinion.
