The yard has lights in the trees with beautiful gardens, nighttime reveals the beauty of the extensive solar lighting that abounds throughout the property. This yard was featured in the 2022 garden tour and seen as one of the most beautiful gardens by the guests. The gardens were also used for a local clothing artist for a photo shoot. This property is close to the cascades, boulevard lake, centennial Park and there are close biking and walking trails. There is a bus stop across the street, the expressway is close and the downtown core is within 5 min by vehicle. Owner on sight to ensure availabilty if needed, toiletries are available and cleaning products to spot clean should you choose.
