Experience the ultimate beachside getaway at our freshly renovated Hamptons-style top-floor, double-story apartment in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. This luxurious 3-bedroom apartment is just minutes from the ocean, the heart of Surfers Paradise, and the vibrant suburb of Broadbeach. With breathtaking views and everything you need for a perfect vacation, your search ends here.

Step into the spacious living area, featuring two comfy sofas that convert into sofa beds, a Smart TV for entertainment, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy the fresh air and stunning vistas from two private, covered balconies accessible from the living area and all three bedrooms. The lower-level balcony is perfect for alfresco dining with its lounge seating and outdoor dining setup. The dining area seats six, with an additional three seats at the kitchen island, and the fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances for all your culinary needs.

The lower-level bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and a workspace, along with a main bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. Upstairs, the main bedroom offers a king bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, double vanity, toilet, and a walk-in robe. The third bedroom also has two single beds, a TV, and a mirrored wardrobe. Additional conveniences include in-unit laundry facilities with a washer and dryer next to the kitchen and three parking spaces, including a tandem spot.

Please note: We ensure you have all the essentials to kickstart your stay. In the bathroom, you'll find essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap, all provided in 30ml bottles, along with 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you require any additional items, feel free to pick them up at your convenience.

We kindly ask that you provide truthful responses to our pre-booking message at the time of booking. This helps us ensure that the space meets your needs perfectly. Please note that any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Comply with all building regulations, including those related to pool and exercise facilities.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.

To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.

Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late checking out will be charged the total base rate for the night, without entitlement to stay longer. Any costs incurred by the host due to late check-out will be passed on to the guest.

Failure to return the keys to the correct lockbox within 30 minutes after check-out will result in a $50 fee. Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge to the guest.

Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges.
