Location, Location, Location! I promise you will absolutely love the location of this property it is amazing!
Classic queenslander that has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 that has a pool with 365 day heating so you can swim all year round!
Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own queen bed and own split system in its room.
Master bedroom has a brand new ensuite (Aug23)
Walking distance to Mowbray Park and the City Cat terminal, shops, cafes, supermarket

The living space of the house in on the upper level like traditional Queenslanders.
There is heating and cooling.

I have a number of listings through Vic & Qld and have been hosting since 2017 so have hosted thousands of groups over a number of different platforms. I provide the best house and location I possibly can all within walking distance of shops. I have learnt during my time hosting that it is impossible to please 100% of people 100% of the time so will do my best to continue offering a great short term accommodation group house rather than a hotel room with onsite staff. You can see by my years of reviews that my houses and locations are great. I hope that you will love the house that I provide for your stay. All that I ask is you respect the house like it is your own. You wouldn't believe the damage that some groups cause and the things that people steal and break which isn't the purpose of your stay or the accommodation.
I am born and bred in Melbourne but have spent time living abroad in Italy and England. I love travelling and my aim is to provide another great place for groups of people to come and stay. Travelling in groups is another way to elevate your travel experience, share lifetime stores and bonds with your travel mates and reduce your accommodation costs by sharing them by renting a group house.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
The location is without a doubt 10/10. You're in a nice residential street, walking distance to anything you can think of. You have the river, shops, restaurants, cafe's, the ferry, bus, train is getting built. You can walk into the city and southbank if you want. I'm a Brisbane Lions fan so I also wanted to be close to the Gabba for when I come up for games. Go Lions!

There are very limited short term accommodation properties to choose from in Brisbane, let alone this inner city location that comes with a house and land! I've got the character of the old Queenslander still with updating a few things in the property. This house is exactly what you want out of a Brisbane trip!
