Enjoy the beach life or choose to stay in your spacious home and relax around a beautiful heated pool. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home with new furnishings is located in a quiet, safe location just a few short miles from area beaches and is conveniently located near shopping and plenty of local dining spots. Englewood is halfway between Fort Myers and Sarasota in beautiful Charlotte County alongside Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte.
There are 1 Queen size bed and 2 Twin Beds with new mattresses.
Tile throughout, No carpet. Very private lanai.
Coffee maker, Blender, Mixer, Dishes & utensils, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron and board, microwave, new outdoor large barbeque grill, oven, toaster, television, washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler.
Everything Brand New, high speed internet.

The house is fully loaded.
DAMAGES noticed on arrival must be reported within 24 hrs. or you may be liable.
Quiet time between 9pm-8am, $200 fine for any disturbance to the neighborhood.

This property is a wonderful listing. Owners were responsive and everything was wonderful. Our stay felt like a private resort. We will stay there again soon.

Perfect accomodations

Beautiful fully equiped home. Desirable neighborhood. Hosts available, took care of the few issues we had early in our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a vacation

Very clean house and pool. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Refreshing heated pool and large patio with multiple seating arrangements. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions I had before my stay. I will be back to rent this house again, it just felt like home to me.

Comfortable, clean, well stocked for long-term stays

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house in the Rotonda area of SW Florida. The place was clean inside and out, and the kitchen well stocked with what is needed for a 5 week stay. The back yard is very nice. We spent a lot of time out there! There is new furniture for lounging near the pool on a chaise lounge, as well as a cozy area with a sofa and chairs, and a table & chairs for outdoor dining - all within a screened enclosure.

Love this house

This is my second time staying at this house. My grandchildren, ages 3 1/2 and 9 loved the pool the first time I stayed here and begged me to select the same house this time. The pool water was warm even without the heater on. This house is very clean and well kept. I also like that the owner is quick to reply to any questions you may have. I will stay here again on my next visit.

Great house & privacy

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. I loved that there are no rugs in this home. A few basic amenities (Dish soap, hand soap, bath products, paper towels, TP, KCups, Tea) were greatly appreciated for a short stay, as we didn't want to shop for just a few days. Kitchen was well appointed. Furniture & beds were comfortable. Pool was lovely and very private. AC worked great. Definitely recommend.

Rotonda West Pool House

We were very happy with our stay here from late March till mid April. All was as pictured on VRBO, a very clean, well equipped, updated pool house with all new furnishings. It is a great area for golf, and has a wonderful area to relax in the lanai. The outdoor grill is not a BBQ but is a combination broiler and pizza stone. We followed instructions which are online, and it cooked some thick COSTCO lambchops perfectly, and we made some small pizzas using pitas for crusts. The grill is not large, but it was more than sufficient for the two of us. The host Tatiana and her husband were very helpful in answering any questions we had, and when there was a problem one day with the xfinity cable, they were right on it to get it fixed as soon as we contacted them. We hope to come back again.

Lovely Stay!

We (2 couples) spent a month at this property and were very pleased. The house was very clean and comfy. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked with many of the common and necessary wares you would expect. They were all in excellent condition. Although the kitchen/dining area was small, we did not find it an issue as we ate most of our meals at the outdoor table on the lanai. The outdoor pool area is very lovely. The outdoor grill was a bit different from a traditional BBQ that we are used to. It limited a bit, the quantity of food we grilled at a time. We found the beds very comfortable and between the 2 tv's,there were lots of channel choices/streaming options. The living room (great room) had relaxing, newer furniture which was most comfortable. Tatiana, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would recommend this property to other guests!
