This studio apartment is in the perfect location in Chicago for getting to Downtown via the Blue Line L or to the Hot West Loop and Randolph street restaurant row. Walk to bars, shops, restaurants, coffee liquor stores and transportation with ease! You will love our spa baths, in unit laundry and full modern kitchens to make it feel like a home away from home. One of the best pizza spots in Chicago is only steps away!


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate.  If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Guests between the ages of 18-24 are permitted to book on an exception basis only. In your inquiry please provide your age, reason for booking and who will be staying with you.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only.  Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group.  Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Please note that ambient noise from the city may filter into the units; this is a part of city living. Earplugs are available for your use.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.

7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

10.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.



* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

Great place
Great space, very functional and clean. No complaints to the property owner, the place was safe a perfect for what I needed. VRBOs third party confirmation emails look like spam and in no way indicate it’s from VRBO or verifying details to assume it’s related to the stay or safe to click the included link. This verification should have been done via the app, due to this spam looking email confirmation and check in was delayed.

Quick Critique
Electronic Instructions were great. The Kitchen lacked a cutting board and sharpened knife. I don't like fragrances and the entry was a little overwhelming for my senses. Ear plugs provided were a nice touch and I brought my own. It was particularly noisey next to fire station...but I guess that is city life;-) The sound machine next to the bed was helpful for my brain to focus on something else! I appreciated the security of the building and the Market nearby to walk a couple of blocks. It was easy travel with Uber or Lyft and did not rent a car. Although I did not use CTA, it looked like it was right nearby. FYI: The furniture was in different place than pictured: (i.e. couch was under window and trunk under tv). I did not move anything around myself. The walk-in shower was great! Thank you~

Good for the price
Had a little trouble checking in as the code I was given did not work and had to call and wait for more than a half an hour for them to figure it out and give me a new code. Other than that the property was goo and as described.
