Comfortable 2-Bedroom home “Rest Easy Mudgee”
A peaceful, centrally located property in beautiful Mudgee.
This home is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There is a fenced in grass covered outdoor space which welcomes both furry friends and their owners. A Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture are available for use.
Perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the local wineries or to unwind after attending one of Mudgees many events.
The property is a comfortable two bedroom single storey house with good access to local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops.
There is a cosy lounge with an HD TV, sofa, comfy chairs, local information guides and magazines.
Kitchen facilities include a microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, electric oven / grill / hob, coffee machine, rice cooker, fridge freezer and pantry selection including breakfast items, oil, vinegar etc.
The spacious dining / sun room has a four seater dining table, a plasma TV and a PlayStation with some games to play.
There is a fully equipped utility room with an iron, washing machine, tumble dryer and stick vacuum.
Both bedrooms have queen beds, built in wardrobes, cooling / heating units and bedside lights.
The bathroom has a tub with power shower, toiletries and a hair dryer.
This home is set up to host a maximum of four adults in comfortable surroundings.
Furry friends are welcome, all we ask is they are kept off the sofas and beds.

Quiet neighbourhood with a large park / green area opposite.
You can walk to the main street easily in 10 minutes and there is parking for two cars on the drive and additional street parking with no time restrictions.
Property booking and support communication available in Spanish.
Maximum occupancy for the property is 4 people.
Pets are welcome however we ask that you keep them off the sofas and beds.
We also ask you clean up any of your pets deposits from the property.
Air conditioning units work best (and keep yours and other guests prices down) when they are operated between 18 and 23 degrees.
If anything is damaged please let us know so we can address it.
We are not a hotel or a big group of Airbnb`s - we have two locally owned and operated properties.
Respectfully, we ask you to leave the property in the condition you found it.
