This property sits in a great location to local restaurants, shops, and the Nags Head Fishing Pier.

Inside enjoy 3 levels of entertainment at this property. The top level has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, and a living space with comfortable seating and a cozy gas fireplace. The mid-level has additional seating, a TV, and a gas fireplace. On the ground floor there is a game room that has additional seating, a pool table and a TV.

This property is perfect for any family or large group looking for a spacious home with lots to do at the property and for those who want to explore outside in the town of Nags Head.

What a GREAT TIME we had!

Family Vacation

We stayed August 3-10, 2024. Home was in a great location with some beach views and right beside Surfin Spoon a delicious frozen yogurt shop. Home had a pool and hot tub that we utilized daily and was clean upon arrival. Home could have used a good deep cleaning as our family found stale bread up on the cabinet and there was thick dust on all ceiling fans. Overall we had fun here, but the lack of yard or fence for the dogs made it difficult to truly relax. Without dogs this would be a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful vacation with friends and family. However if house sleeps 10 kitchen was not stocked well for silverware, utensils. Only one fridge and small for large group too. Didn't like no bathroom on top floor except for going thru master. We notified maintenance dryer wasn't working Mon...not fixed until Friday, very inconvenient since we were leaving next day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and fit all 8 of us with 3 dogs with no problem. Two of our tubs did not drain because of blocked drains. The upstairs king size bed and middle queen bed need to be replaced Both have valleys in the middle of the mattress. The carpet throughout the house is dirty and needs to be replaced. The pool was wonderful and very clean. Overall the house was nice it just needs some TLC.

The access to the beach was great and the Surfin Spoon ice cream was awesome. The appliances are old and the refrigerator drawer was broken, the microwave handle was broken and the stove cooked unevenly. The kitchen needs storage containers, and measuring cups/spoons, but otherwise was well equipped. There are maintenance issues like light bulbs out, pool gate damage and jacuzzi tubs with mildew in the jets. The cleaning crew left crumbs on the counter and floor and in the food drain, but most of the house was clean. I would love to see a refrigerator added to the ground floor to limit the need to go from the pool upstairs.Overall, I would rent again.
