The Space:

Living Areas: The heart of the home features a spacious living room with a cozy lounge area, complete with a TV and a fireplace, seamlessly flowing into a large indoor dining space. Adjacent is an elaborate kitchen, complemented by a butler's pantry. A separate kids' retreat offers games, a TV, and a kitchenette. For relaxation and wellness, there's a completely enclosed yoga/meditation room. The loft provides a parents' retreat, an open workspace, and a bathroom.



Kitchen: A chef's dream, the kitchen is equipped with a butler's pantry, a dishwasher, a large oven and cooktop, and all essential cookware. Catering options are available upon request.



Adults' Wing: This wing features two large king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and bathtub. Each room can be converted into two single beds. These rooms are located on either side of the grand entrance.



Kids' Wing: Ideal for a second family or teenagers, this wing at the other end of the house offers four king bedrooms, all convertible into two single beds, with a Jack and Jill shared bathroom.



Loft: The loft offers an additional space for relaxation with an office, an adults' retreat, a lounge area, and a large TV.



Kids' Retreat: This space boasts a full-size pool table, a lounge area with a TV, and a kitchenette. It opens to an outdoor lounge and the pool area.



Outdoor Dining: Enjoy outdoor dining with BBQ facilities. Please note that the pool is not heated.

Master Bedroom: King bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.

Guest Room 1: King bed and ensuite bathroom with a bath.

Guest Room 2: King bed with shared ensuite.

Guest Room 3: King bed with shared ensuite.

Guest Room 4: King bed with shared ensuite.

Guest Room 5: King bed with shared ensuite.



Guest Access:

We will send you a code for access the morning of check in. You will be welcomed by our grounds management once you arrive.

You will also received our inhouse digital guide to your phone with directions and house information.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet and private, local residential neighbours.

Very Leafy and full of wildlife, expect lots of birds and possums.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that all beds are set up as king beds by default. If you require single beds, please inform us at the time of booking. A fee of $10 per bed will be charged for each split bed. Bed configurations may not be changed with short notice. Launa uses a septic tank system. Please only flush toilet paper and human waste. We are a 100% smoke and vape-free property, including all outdoor areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited.



The primary booker must also complete our digital registration and provide ID and accept our Terms and Conditions.



The Greenhouse Peace of Mind Damage Waiver



All bookings via all platforms are covered by our Guesty screen and protect damage waiver for accidental damage during your stay up to $50000. A fee of $59 will be automatically included in booking folio.

We do not need to take a security deposit from you.

Note: theft and deliberate damage is not covered and will be reported to local police.



Interaction with Guests:

We will be available throughout your stay. Our grounds manager lives adjacent to the property and is available for emergencies and will also be monitoring any additional guest or party activity.
