This property has one well-appointed bathroom and sleeps up to four via a fold-down queen bed in the open-plan living area, and two single beds in a mezzanine above, accessed by a fold-down ladder.

Located on the eastern end of Mahurangi Peninsula close to Scandrett Regional park, your accommodation provides a base to explore endless beaches, bays and stretches of coast. The suburbs of Algies Bay and Snells beach are five to ten minutes' drive.

Please note that there is a retaining wall around the stairs at the house which has no barrier. It is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in this area and refrain from climbing on this ledge. Property features an open-plan living with fold down queen Bed & 2 singles via a fold ladder on the open mezzanine floorAll guests should take care when using the driveway when it is raining as it is steep.Please note that we kindly request guests not to use the end of the bed as a couch or sit on the end of the bed.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
