Time and Tide - Pet Friendly - 1 Min Walk to Beach
Nestled between bay and beach, it’s just a five-minute stroll to beautiful Culburra Beach, where you can swim, surf, or sunbake all day long whilst the kids splash in the waves and your four-legged friends tire themselves out on the endless coastline. Come back to rinse off the sand and enjoy lunch cooked and eaten in the air conditioning, or out on the BBQ with the sea breeze and sunshine.
Up to eight can spread out over four bedrooms, two living areas and two balconies, with all your needs taken care of.
During downtime, battle over a board game at the table, or play a game of catch in the fully-fenced backyard. You can steal a quiet moment with a cold drink and a book on the outdoor deck chairs in the shade, get comfortable downstairs with Netflix, or head out to the garage for a game of table tennis.
When it’s time for more adventure, you’re right between two lookouts with incredible views and seasonal whale watching, or explore the town’s local shops and hidden swimming holes. From the beach, to the river, to the bay, and the boat ramp, whatever kind of water experience you crave, Time and Tide is just footsteps from it all.

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced with small gaps, we recommend small pets to be actively supervised.(rear garden - front garden unfenced)
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area.
- We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
