Lush, tropical landscaping surrounds a private pool & hot tub (both of which may be heated for an additional fee) as well as a partially-covered patio, paved pool deck and fire pit, creating a serene, resort-like escape you’ll never want to leave. Designed with both style & functionality in mind, this spacious home with a den, family room or living room (including a game room with a foosball table) located on each of the home's three floors comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests with plenty of room to gather—or spread out. The well-appointed bedrooms, beautiful coastal decor, lovely natural light and open-concept living area offer privacy and comfort. The multiple decks & balconies on both the front & back of the home invite relaxation & connection with family or friends. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.
* Multiple outdoor balconies -- balconies on the front side of the house have ocean views.
* Located just across the street from the beach, providing you and your family with easy & convenient access onto the Isle of Palms beach.
* Reverse floor plan with the living room, dining room and kitchen located on the second floor of the home.
* Gourmet kitchen includes a double refrigerator, six burner gas stove and two dishwashers.
* Free WiFi.
* Full-sized washing machine & dryer.
* Parking in the driveway & garage for up to 6 vehicles.
* Don't wait in an office to check-in or get a key! Drive straight to Sea Gem and enter the home with a secure electronic lock code. Prior to your visit, we will send you our mobile app with directions and full instructions.
* No Saturday to Saturday Restrictions - MAY RESERVE LESS OR MORE THAN 7 NIGHTS!!

Upon entering the home, you'll find a den around which four of the home's bedrooms (including one of the two master suites) are located as well as a stairwell to the second floor and a back porch that leads to a stairwell down to the backyard, pool & patio. On the second floor of the home, you will find an open floor plan layout between the kitchen, living room and dining room. You'll also find the home's second master suite on the second floor, a half bathroom and a covered porch accessible through the living room. Follow the staircase to the third floor to find a game room with a foosball table, two bunk bedrooms, a bathroom and access to the balcony. You can enjoy a morning coffee outside on one of Sea Gem's many exterior balconies. Off-street parking on the driveway & garage for up to 6 cars is included in the rental rate.
Sea Gem is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.
