Up to 8 can stay and relax on the private balconies or enjoy the hot tub or beachfront pool below!!! Stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops will make cooking a breeze. After dinner, feel free to relax in the beachfront living room! Sleeping up to 8, this 2 bedroom, and 2 bath unit has it all including a walk in shower! 

Go for a swim in the community pool or lounge on the sundeck and catch some rays. Unwind in the warm, bubbling water of the hot tub. Enjoy a family cookout around the community barbeque grills, are sure to make your vacation one you won't forget. Need a little exercise? Our stay was everything we hoped it would be. The room was wonderful and had the best view on the 7th floor. We can’t wait to go back and would love to stay here again!!

Condo was clean and well stocked in kitchen. Only thing, is the elevators needed some work. They were slow and one seemed to jump/move a lot up and down when getting on and off.

Perfect Escape

From cleanliness, location of condo in the building and from things to do, as well as everything provided to the dreamy view, it was truly the best experience. We would definitely stay again. Everything was a breeze and Sea Oats 704 definitely contributed to our great memories on this trip. My 5 year old keeps saying he misses the "hotel". Location is phenomenal and the view is one from a movie. Simply the best.

The condo was beautiful. The view of the ocean was lovely. The only downside as the bathroom off the kitchen. The shower prayed off to the side out of the back of the shower head and the light fixture was broken. Again, overall, the condo was very nice, neat, and clean!

Excellent location, facility and unit. The stall shower never really gets aired out. (Kept vent on most of our stay. Only problem with that is then the light was also always on. )

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been booking our annual Florida trip with Brooks and Shorey for the past 4 years. The condos are always clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchens are equipped with everything we need during our stay. One time when we stayed our coffee pot was cracked upon arrival and when I let the staff know they brought us a completely new coffee maker within 30 minutes, very attentive!!! Units are well maintained, the pool was clean, and the grounds were aesthetically pleasing. Parking is ample. Check in/out was a breeze. We truly enjoy our visits and will not need to look anywhere else when staying in Fort Walton Beach.

The location was perfect and we will definitely be back!We only had one issue and that was upon arrival one of toilets did not work. There should be a 24 hour plumber on call that could have came on Sunday to repair instead of waiting until Monday.

The only complaint being a company was working on the building and left a heavy film of something on vehicles in the lot I would have moved my vehicle if I had been informed in advance. It took two trips through a car wash to get it clean.

The unit was super clean, the furniture (inside and out) was very comfortable, the kitchen had more than enough dishes/pots to make meals. The building itself offers a nice pool, covered hot tub, security gates and a great maintenance crew. We've stayed at Sea Oats a few years now in different units, but this one is our favorite by far! We will happily return to #704!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was pretty much as described so rate as Good. The building exterior is a little rough. They need to improve the road signage for better identification. Also, 10am checkout is too early. It appeared there was a dedicated clean up crew for this room so it could have been 11 or 12. I'd look for a rental in Destin at Harbor Walk area vs Fort Walton - not much there in the area of good bars and restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property is a good stay. However, the property floors were not very clean and neither of the showers had hot water. I ended up having to vacuum and clean the floors myself to allow my 10-month old to crawl around. Since we were only there for a couple days, I did not worry with contacting the host regarding the shower temperature issue, but a week with cold shower water would have not been enjoyable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 6 of us in the condo, 4 adults and two kids. We had plenty of space and had a ton of fun. The condo was clean upon arrival and we had no maintenance issues. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, furniture was in good condition and clean. We especially liked the balcony furniture since it sat high and you can see over the railings to the ocean. We loved this location since we could walk to Stewby's across the street or a quick walk down the beach to the Pier/Boardwalk. This was our second time renting through Brooks and Shorey and we will continue to do so in the future. They're a top notch company, professional, and always willing to answer my questions quickly. A++++

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello everyone. This apartment has everything you need. Fully stocked with linens, towels, pans, Utensils, plates and glasses. LG washer and dryer, not the cheap stuff. I love the fact that the furniture is leather and not cloth. The condo is right on the beach and not far from Destin and Panama City Beach. I took my wife here for our anniversary, and she loved the blue water and white sand. Very family friendly location in close to all of the stores, restaurants and bars. We took our 20 yr old son and his favorite place was Coyote Ugly night club for college kids. They had security, no fights, no drama. Good DJ. And if you like the private beach setting, you can go to Navarre Beach 20 mins away. Beautiful, beautiful White sands and blue water. Definitely will be back.

Overall Great- Beach Chair Issue

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The condo was great. The beach wasn’t very crowded even with it being fall break. The condo has every kitchen item you could want or need. Plenty of towels in both bathrooms. The only downside was the beach chairs and umbrella that come with the room you have to reserve daily and stand in line. However if you were to pay for them on your own you would only have to reserve once and get the same chair each day. Having chairs come with the room but not being able to reserve them for the week and having to go down each morning to ensure a front row spot was sort of not fair, the guy told us he takes care of his paying customers first and that complementary chairs you have to reserve daily. Sadly I would book a room with no chairs next time to avoid having to go down each morning and reserve a front row spot even though we technically paid for them in the condo rental cost or the owners of the condo did at least.
