The Space:

This 423 sq ft studio suite keeps things sleek and smart in downtown Miami. Here's what you're getting:



Your Apartment:

- Sleeping Setup: Plush queen bed plus a sofa that converts to another queen bed—flexibility for solo travelers or couples with guests.

- Views & Light: Partial ocean views, natural light streaming in, and a private balcony where you can catch both ocean and city glimpses.

- Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped open kitchen and a long dining table for cooking and eating at home.

- Bathroom: Modern walk-in shower with great lighting and essentials provided.

- Entertainment: TV with cable and Google Chromecast for streaming your favorites.

- Extras: In-unit washer/dryer, fast WiFi, fresh linens, and towels—all included.



Building Amenities:

The complex runs hotel-style with everything you need: pool, hot tub, gym, coworking space, on-site restaurant, and a grab-and-go café in the lobby. The vibe is energetic with music and events, but still welcoming for everyone—kids included.



There are several parking options around with their own costs, including weekly and monthly parking options.



You’ll be in downtown Miami, a very active and vibrant area. It is just a 4-min walk to Bayside Market, a mile to Brickell City Center Mall in Brickell District, 2.5 miles from Wynwood Arts District, and just 4.8 miles to Miami Beach and South Beach. It’s an ideal place for remote worker needs as well with all the comforts of home.

The Neighborhood:

You're in downtown Miami where everything's within reach. Walk to Bayside Market in 4 minutes, hit Brickell City Center a mile away, or explore Wynwood's art scene 2.5 miles out. Miami Beach and South Beach are 4.8 miles when you're ready for sand. Port of Miami and public transit (Metromover/Metrorail) are close by for easy getting around.



The area's packed with restaurants, bars, shops, and cultural spots. Whether you're exploring galleries, hitting up nightlife, or just wandering through the city, you're right in the middle of it all.



Getting Around:

Downtown Miami is walkable for nearby spots, so you can explore on foot. The Metromover is free and runs through downtown—great for avoiding traffic. Metrorail connects you to broader Miami when you're heading further out. Uber and Lyft are everywhere and affordable for quick trips.



If you're renting a car, just know that parking in the area is expensive. The city's easy to navigate however you choose to move.



Other Things to Note:

Access & Check-In: The property uses a virtual key system—download the app using the link we'll send after booking. You'll activate your digital key with the reference number provided. Questions? Just ask. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.



Cleaning: Daily hotel-style cleaning is not provided. Midstay cleaning is available for an extra fee. (fresh linens, apartment refresh, trash removal, partial amenities restock).



What We Provide: Starter essentials to get you settled: trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. These aren't replenished—grab more when you run out. Linens and one set of towels per guest are included.

What We Don't Provide: Food, cooking oil, or condiments like salt, pepper, sugar, or coffee. There's a supermarket nearby for stocking up.



Building Notes: Please note that although there is a hotel operating in the same building, the private residences are located on a separate floor from the hotel. Some amenities, however, are shared with hotel guests. Security cameras monitor the building's exterior. Valet parking is not available onsite.



Pool & Gym Towels: All guests need to collect towels for the gym and pool from the pool bar staff. You'll need to provide your unit number and name, then sign for the towels. Bring your ID or digital key to confirm. When you're done, return the towels directly to the pool bar staff and sign the log confirming how many you're returning. Missing towels are charged at $25 per towel.



Entertainment: Studio has cable TV and Google Chromecast for streaming. In apartments with two TVs, one has Chromecast and the other has cable—not all TVs have both options.



Wi-Fi: Shared network throughout the building. Each unit has its own password.



We offer Pack 'n Play cribs for an extra fee & subject to availability.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



Security Deposit: May be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on your booking platform. Temporary hold to your card releaesd after checkout if all terms are met.



Rental Agreement: You'll be asked to sign one after booking confirmation.



Pet Policy:

Pets might be allowed with prior authorization and an additional fee. Please contact us to check if it is possible.

Emotional Support Animals (ESA) accepted with a $100 fee.

Service dogs are welcome per policy guidelines. Let us know before check-in if you're bringing any animal—registration with building management may be required.

Great for the price, needs a little TLC

In the heart of downtown Miami, it’s a great location. Tons of parking nearby, food and super walkable. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen amenities, and extra pillows were great. However the apartment is in need of some renovations. Parts of the wall were scuffed pretty bad, the closet doors looked like someone tried to kick them in, and the couch had a huge part of the cushion opening. Other than that, an ok place to stay if you need to stay in downtown.
