Summary:
Lemon & Myrtle Cottage is one of Myrtleford's boutique holiday accommodation. Beautifully styled and sparkling new and clean, this property has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a fabulous holiday in the North East. In fact you may not want to leave!

The Space:
Located in a delightful street in the centre of Myrtleford, this property boasts a large fully enclosed back yard featuring a deck and firepit to add to the ambience. It is directly opposite Swinburne Park and only a 5 minute walk to Cundy Park and a very short stroll to the Myrtleford Town Centre.

We love our pets and know you do too. Your pets are welcome at Lemon & Myrtle, however, you must disclose that they are staying by adding them to your booking and you must adhere to our pet policy and ensure that you take full responsibility for them at all times.

With 3 comfortable bedrooms configured of 2 queen beds and 2 singles, plus 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, this home has everything you need for an easy, relaxed stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner cooktop, oven, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and everything else you could possibly need.

The living room is delightful, perfect to curl up by the fire and read a book, look out the window and enjoy the views or chill out in front of the 55" smart tv. Free WiFi is also provided.

This property has a split system in all 3 bedrooms and a wood fire in the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Please note that firewood is not provided but can be purchased at local service stations or local Foodworks and Coles supermarkets.

A portable travel cot is placed in the laundry.

This property is fitted with external security cameras for everyone's peace of mind.

Quiet neighbourhood in the centre of town.

Getting Around:
Whilst Lemon & Myrtle Cottage is centrally located and a short walk to town, we recommend a car for getting around to make the most of seeing our wonderful Alpine region.

Firewood is not included in the accommodation rates. You can purchase this from local supermarkets.

Great stay in a great location!

Spent a week in this property and had a wonderful stay! Location is great and easily walking distance to the town centre, and Myrtleford is well located to take in everything that the area offers. Definitely want to stay here again!

Lovely and peaceful location from which to explore the High Country

Lovely little property in a fabulous location from which to explore the High Country. Well kept and obviously looked after. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Lovely home and garden in great location

Located in a quiet street opposite a small park, the property was perfect for our group of four and had everything we needed for our three night stay. Inside, the property was very clean and tidy with good sized living room and bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The shower was warm with good pressure too. Kitchen is modern and has everything you need but is perhaps a little small if you wanted to cook at the property for an extended stay with the full quota of 6 guests. Was no problem for our smaller group though. The outdoor setting was a lovely place to sit and enjoy some wine and cheese whilst watching the sun set at the end of the day. We will definitely be returning.

The position is close to township. the main part of the home has 1 bedroom and with the coonara heater I would think should be nice and warm. For a family I would DEFINITELY say NO don’t go there, unfortunately the 2 other bedrooms are outside off the verandah, so you need to go out in the cold to get to the bathroom. Sadly we were 3 mature age couples and 2 couples were very disappointed.

Great to have reverse cycle units throughout the house and two bathrooms is a bonus. We asked for a Port-au-Prince and no problem at all. Room for 2 cars and very quiet location. Smart tv is fabulous as is the wifi. Will absolutely stay here again.

It was very clean and comfortable, accommodating 4 adults and 2 children. The provision of a well appointed family bathroom with a toilet, shower, bath and 2 separate locations for hand basins was excellent. A separate ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and 2 hand basins for the main bedroom was also ideal. Very good kitchen equipment and facilities, ample dining area and lounge. Pleasant outdoor eating area on the deck overlooking backyard space for children to play. We found the management very helpful, especially thrilled with their quick response in locating a forgotten treasured toy.
