The open floor plan layout between the kitchen, dining room and living room area enable you and your guests to enjoy one another's company but there are also plenty of spaces within the home -- including the second floor den -- for you and your guests to retreat for some quiet time. Five of the six bedrooms in the home have their own en suite bathroom. Your kids will love our bunk bedroom, which features built-in twin bunkbeds and access to a nearby hallway bathroom.

Guests enter Sea Dream through the door at the top of the stairs from the garage. Upon entering the home, you'll find the home's light & airy foyer that connects you to the living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, laundry room and three of the home's suites (including the lower master suite). Take the stairs to the second floor to find a den, bunk bedroom, hallway bathroom and two of the home's suites (including the upper master suite). Access the mid-level deck from the living room, kitchen or lower master suite. Take the stairs from the mid-level deck down to the patio level where you will find the built-in BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, multiple seating areas, private pool and outdoor shower.



NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Fireplace and elevator are NOT available for guest use at any time. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.
