Not fit for rent
Apart from the dirty window runners - mouldy bathrooms - no internet - curtains not hanging properly - Dirty outside patio - no internet - lukewarm water from the hot tap - No tap in the main bathroom's shower - ( this made it 1 bathroom 2 toilets). the property did not have smoke detectors installed. This is illigal in Victoria.(We located 3 used/old smoke detectors in the cupboard) Having spent a lot of money on the unit due to inflated pricing in Melbourne for this week-end, we had to stay in the unit, as we were not able to find another place that we could afford. We phoned Saturday regarding the lack of smoke detectors and was advised, that due to the week-end it was highly unlikely that anyone would get back to us. We were not offered a relocation to a legal place.

Nice appartment, good location
Cosy appartment has all the basics you need for your stay. Beds reasonably comfy. 1 carpark space, secured in basement with only access with keycard. Lift access from basement or stairs from the street. Can hear traffic noise but is expected on main street. Bus stop directly outfront. Tram stop around the corner. Would stay again.

Very convenient to public transport
Thia apartment is close to trams and buses to city and St Kilda. The 2 bedrooms give privacy for 2 couples to stay together. Lounges could be in better condition.
