The Space:
The beach is moments away (12-15min walk) for your morning surf or family fun day. Perfectly placed within walking distance to sporting grounds and the Begola Wetlands, the Ocean Grove Market Place shops and vibrant town centre are both within easy reach, leaving you spoilt for choice with shopping and dining options.

Vaulted ceilings add character and an extended feeling of space to the interiors, with windows overlooking the peaceful front gardens and deck to bask in the sunshine. Relax on the huge lounge in front of the electric fire, and settle in with a book or watch movies (Smart TV, Netflix connectivity). Take time out to play with the lovely range of family board games provided. Need to work or study whilst on holidays? A study nook, and a desk in the bunk room, are provided too.

The sea breeze offers natural ventilation, plus ducted central heating throughout, ceiling fans, a split system heating-cooling unit in main living area, and a split system air conditioner for climate control in any season. Timber flooring and neutral décor create an inviting, relaxed and warm setting, and the well-stocked kitchen features ample storage and workspace along with quality appliances, coffee pod machine and a breakfast bar with stools.

Dine indoors or out, with sliding doors to the covered ‘all-weather’ outdoor entertaining area with built- in BBQ and pot belly heater. This outdoor setting will bring everyone together for memorable family holidays, and the kids can play on the lawn. The hot/cold outdoor shower is practical for rinsing sandy feet and togs after a day on the beach, fitting the outdoorsy nature of coastal living perfectly. Well- behaved pets are welcome by request, subject to House Rules and a $50 pet fee. Kennel provide, but please BYO dog bowls/pet accessories.

Head down the hill to explore the Begola wetlands, and less than 1km to a pristine beach. The Terrace main street shops, cafes, supermarket and restaurants are only 1.5km from home, and Ocean Grove Marketplace shops are 1.1km away; you’ll be living like a local in no time!

The 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 7 guests, all bedrooms are beautifully appointed with white hotel quality sheets and bath towels. Please BYO beach towels. The family bathroom has a bath, shower and separate toilet, while the master bedroom has its own ensuite and a Smart TV (Netflix connectivity). The bunk room has a desk, and a (lockable) sliding door to the alfresco area.

Our beach house is within walking/riding distance to reserves, shops and beaches.
Buses to and from Ocean Grove / Geelong.
Closest train station 25km away (Marshall station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Ocean Grove is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
