Experience the best of Surfside Beach in this upgraded condo at Golf Colony at Deerfield! This end-unit condo provides a spacious 1120 sq ft living space, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Conveniently located between Hwy 17 Bypass and Business Hwy 17, you'll be close to the beach and all the local attractions. Enjoy a comfortable and stylish stay in this beautiful condo.
The Space:
The apartment features a downstairs primary bedroom with a comfortable queen-size pillow-top mattress and an adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The spacious loft boasts vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The living room also has vaulted ceilings and includes a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa. Guests can enjoy the spacious pool deck in the back courtyard, complete with a hot tub, which typically has ample space even during the summer months. Alternatively, relax and take in the view from the deck overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes the latest Keurig coffee maker for a perfect cup. The property is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from the nearest Surfside Beach access. Feel free to ask for local recommendations or consult the guest manual for more information.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment. Entry is a keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours in advance.
The Neighborhood:
Golf Colony Deerfield is ideally situated in the heart of Surfside Beach, offering a tranquil and comfortable resort experience. You're just a short 1.5-mile drive from the beautiful Surfside Beach, allowing easy access to the ocean. Explore the South Strand, with most destinations reachable within a 15-minute drive. For local dining and entertainment recommendations, be sure to check out the Airbnb Manual.
Getting Around:
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.
Other Things to Note:
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.

*Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM*
