The units are identical and each has 1 full bathroom and 1 bathroom with shower , a full kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, fireplace and TV with Netflix . There are a total of 2 King-size beds, 2Queen-size beds, 2 Sofa beds and 1 wall bed, sleeping up to16comfortably. Sleeps up to16in8 Beds,Free parking

Perfect property for my family. Plenty of space. Very clean. Close to downtown Banff. The hostess was very attentive and messaged me back within seconds. Plan to return for ski season and stay again!

The listing changed between booking and arriving. We had booked this for the hot tub and sauna but they weren’t there when we arrived. The jacuzzi tubs didn’t work. There weren’t sheets for the couch bed and the Murphy bed. These are two separate units that are NOT connected. Not ideal for large groups hoping to hang out together in a common space. Overall misleading description

Perfect mountain Escape

Fabulous mountain retreat with all the touches of home including all the necessities for a family group of friends 10 travelling from Australia. Excellent service.

Convenient and comfortable

Nice dual condos with very close proximity to Banff. We took an extended family vacation and this was perfect - plenty of space for 9 of us and all the conveniences you need. The condos were clean and organized. We could get to Banff easily with a short drive. A great stay!

Need improvement

The property is at convenient location for the Banff visiting. However one unit had broken window glasses and both AC units in the unit were not working. I contacted owner about this and she went silent regarding to this issue. Also the body washer was down to the last drop. Good thing we brought our own suppliers.

Good experience

We were a group of 13 11 adults 1teen 1 child. Hide a beds in unit S we’re need though not comfortable but that hide a bed is lol. Response time to questions was just about instant. Would stay again but now know that for the sleeping comfort of a large group of mostly adults a 3rd unit would be recommended.

Fantastic Location and Views

PositivesTo provide this close proximity to Canmore/Banff (you're right off the highway so getting in and out is a piece of cake), easy parking, comfy furniture (loved the massage chair), and be at an affordable price was really great. If you're lucky enough to be in the king room, your balcony overlooks the mountains and it's fantastic. The property is super clean, has awesome kitchen tools and bedding is really comfortable. NegativesDisappointed that the apartment complex hot tub was out of service (not the owners' fault) seeing how we picked the property specifically for that amenity. Frankly, it is kind of annoying having to memorize two separate 4-digit codes to go back and forth between units as the door auto-locks, but it's not that big of a deal. The older oven/stove needs to be replaced: it takes forever to heat up and we ended up cooking our meals on the barbeque.

Great stay with a couple fixes could be perfect

Host was very responsive. Places were great. We needed the pullout in the second condo and had to get sheets from first condo. I would say sleeps 5 couples in comfort, 6 quite reasonably and 7 in a pinch. We had 9 but some singles which resulted in the sofa bed being required. The pullout was not the greatest mattress . With the wall bed and fold out sofa bed in use in one unit there would be no living space. Places is smaller than appears in photos. Need more glassware and chairs if you're hosting the numbers being promoted. The fridge in one unit was not working BUT was immediately addressed. Good number of bathrooms. Great location. Again, host was responsive which is always good. Thanks!! Would stay again.
