This bright and charming home, located 12 minutes from the Bell Centre, offers a peaceful yet dynamic living environment. Just a few minutes' walk away, you have access to the Frontenac metro station and a multitude of urban amenities.

* 7-minute walk to an IGA
* 6 minutes to the Jacques Cartier Bridge
* 13 minutes to La Ronde (La Ronde)
* 6 minutes to the Frontenac metro station

The house offers everything you need for a carefree and relaxing vacation. Decorated with modern style, it will charm you from the moment you arrive. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more. Three beautiful bedrooms with queen-size beds and two single beds are ideal for accommodating up to 6 people!

You have two full bathrooms with washer/dryer, a beautiful terrace, and a heated garage with a private entrance (please note that the garage and my parking space will be closed starting May 14th for renovations; you still have the option of parking on the street, *be sure to read the signs carefully). For evenings at home, you have access to internet, Wi-Fi, a few board games, and of course, cable TV.

Montreal is a beautiful tourist city, known for its restaurants, bars, and festivals; the city is full of activities for all ages. The location offers a good compromise between the tranquility of the neighborhood and proximity to the bustling life of Montreal. A four-season destination, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

Clean home. Should have looked at some of the pictures closer. Place is very small. Neighborhood is okay, but not great. A bit sketchy at night. There are some things in any rental that should be standard. There was no shampoo, etc for the showers. Of the 4 beds, only one had a top sheet. Perhaps the blankets and duvets are washed every changeover, but if not, then this is just gross. Cable TV is listed, but it is the minimum number of channels. Overall, it was okay, but thats about it.

My friends and I had a lovely time. There was a ton of construction going on so we couldn’t access the driveway or garage. This made parking a bit more difficult. And the bathroom would smell like sewage if we left the door closed due to the sewer pipe construction. Nonetheless we still had a great time and the condo was really cute.

The place was clean and comfortable. We liked the neighborhood and the parking on the street worked out fine. We wished there had been a bit more provided, such as dishwasher detergent and tissues and perhaps even samples of bath soap and shampoo.

Acceptable property - Dishonest host

Location was good. Cleanliness was adequate at best. A few bugs and cobwebs here and there. A rather unpleasant and permanent stench in the upper bathroom.The main problem was the private parking space, or should I say lack of private parking space.The reason we chose this property was the space that the host bragged about being included behind the house along with a private garage. This was featured prominently in the property description and we even received instructions from the host on how to reach the parking space through the back alley before we arrived.However, when we arrived we discovered the back alley was closed due to some undisclosed repairs and the space therefore unreachable. This resulted in us having to park the car in the street, and due to being unfamiliar with the local parking signs we received a ticket for parking the car outside the allowed time slot. Although the VRBO agent kindly assisted us in getting it reimbursed.After contacting the host, she informed us that the private space would be unavailable for some time due to repairs and told us to read the property description closer. There, in the fine print, was a notice saying the space would be unavailable. Although the description still featured said parking space, obviously using it as a major selling point.What surprised us was the host's unwillingness to assist us in this matter, even going so far as saying the space WAS indeed included... we just couldn't reach it

Nice place

The house is fine. The parking is super tight to get in and out of. It would have been nice to have a bar of soap available since I forgot mine. The metro is a short walk away through a somewhat sketchy neighborhood but I felt safe. The house street area is clean and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly giving us information about parking rules.

Boys Getaway Weekend

Stayed at this lovely house with 4 other friends for a weekend of two hockey games. Plenty of room for 5 adults, close to grocery store and train station. Only issue to think about is parking, the garage is too tight due to height for a pickup but would be no issue for a car or smaller SUV. Highly recommend.

Great location

A great location. Metro was a short walk. And a number of food markets and cafes, not forgetting Tim Hortons and MacDonalds, were also within walking distance. House had everything we required. Beds were comfortable and great hot water. Host was very easy to contact and helpful; she allowed us entry a couple of hours early and gave restaurant recommendations. A very good stay.

Great spot!

We had a lovely stay. It was exactly as advertised. Very easy walk to the Metro which we used daily. You do not need a car for this location. IGA was in walking distance. Place was well appointed. Great stay!

Beautiful 3 bedroom

Loved this house. Clean and great location. Highly recommend. Just a note when renting, the alley to the parking in the back is a tight squeeze if you have a big vehicle like we did. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay at this house.

Great base for exploring Montreal

Clean, modern property. Close to Metro and convenience store for food. Well located to access the main sights of the city. Host was extremely responsive to questions and provided ample details re parking and checkin process. Kitchen had just the right amount of supplies in it (including spices). beioverstd.

Beautiful home in good location!

My family and I spent a week in Audrey-Ann’s home. The home is beautiful and has all the amenities needed. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and the dining room/living area provided more than enough space for the whole family (5 of us total) to spend time together. Beds were comfortable, and having the foosball table was a bonus! The AC worked well, and we were very comfortable. The location is also nice - it is a short walk to the metro station, there is a grocery store nearby, and the street is quiet. We would love to stay here again!

The house is very comfortable, and the neighborhood is nice--a short ride to downtown and other attractions. Only a minor complaint: some items were in short supply--coffee pods, washing machine detergent. Although I know it is not required, it would be nice if Vrbo managers would provide condiments like mustard, mayo, sugar, coffee, etc.
