The location is excellent. It’s walking distance or a short drive from anywhere you’d want to go. The underground parking stall is great for security of your vehicle.

Casino trip for our sons 18th

My husband , son and some friends went up for a trip to the casino. The manager was very helpful, parking was crazy with a festival going on. The side entrance is very sketchy .. the front was much better. Located very close to everything

Short family stay in Montreal

It was just as described in the reviews. Thin sheets but suited our purposes well. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning much appreciated. Janitor very friendly to find more towels. (only 4 bath towels for party of 10) We used the kitchen a lot. Coffee maker was awesome. Needed more forks, dish towels/cloths. Other cleaning supplies would have been appreciated and used (broom/dust pan). We were pleasantly surprised to find an outdoor, rooftop sitting area. Missed if it indicated there were a lot of stairs up to the apartment. This would be good to know for some of our older family members. Close to metro. Overall it met our needs and provided value for the cost.

Fly trap

We got there at night. As per instructions went to the back of building to unload but felt unsafe due to the shady characters hanging around. So we went to the front to unload. Very animated area to say the least. Had a big strip club right in front. Instructions to get in were easy. BUT when we got in, there was an infestation of flies. We had to kill about 20 of them. Not sure how they got there or if something was rotten in the apartment. The apartment did not smell but it needed some cleaning. The microwave and fridge were not clean. The sofa coverings have seen better days. But what we laughed about was the second bathroom. It is located outside the apartment. It is labeled bathroom 2. We did not know if it was our bathroom or if it was for the whole building. It did work, so we used it since we were a group of 7. The locks on the door for the apartment needs some attention. The lock itself needs to be aligned better since it did not want to completely close and kept beeping. The security lock above it looked like it was secured with tape. Now location- (it was to me in the red district), right next to Chinatown. Great food within walking distance. We walked both nights and even though it was late no one bothered us. Did not feel threatened at all. The parking was great. It was up the block but easy to find. It was tall enough that the rental car could fit. No issues there. My issue was that it needed a good cleaning.

Felt worn out, dated, poor beds and lack of bedding, cheaply furnished and some strange construction for fire door and broken flooring in kitchen. Was adequate but for the price (in US $ for some reason) it was very expensive for what we got.

Right downtown, but could use some cleaning

Adam was a great help and easy to contact. We accidentally locked the key fob in our vehicle and he was quick to access and gave us a solution right away. However, regarding our stay at the property, our experience was unfortunately not up to expectations. Even after the cleaning team revisited the place, we observed hair on the floor. The chairs at the dining area remained unclean, as did the couch. Additionally, we discovered hairs on the sheets of one bed, and another bed had gum stuck to it. This suggests that the cleaning may not have been as thorough as one would hope. While we recognize and understand that the building has its age-related quirks, there were a few minor maintenance concerns that were hard to overlook. For instance, the clock in my room was non-functional, and the front door seemed to have been hastily repaired after the door had most likely been kicked in. As a family traveling with children, these aspects made our stay less comforting than anticipated. If the cleaning is imporved and the maintenance that can be done is done, the place would be more comfortable and pir experience woild habe been better.

Exactly as described.

First, let’s get the cons out of the way, because there are but few. The place is low on furnishings: Don’t expect to unpack your clothes into a dresser. And, the floors are mostly bare — bring slippers. Beyond that now, you can’t beat the location! Right at the Chinatown wall on St. Laurent, you can start your journey every day in a different direction, and hit everything the city has to offer. Yet for being in such a bustling neighborhood, the interior was silent. You will get a great night’s sleep in the heart of the city. And you will get convenient free parking, an almost unheard of plus. The place is clean and nice. Climate control comfortable and great. Communication was great. Access by door code was easy, and the owner was responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

The property is in a great location. There is no elevator and walking up three flights with luggage and stuff was not easy. The parking spot was a half block away in a lot which was very convenient. All in all I would highly recommend this property,
